Love the spa like treatments that you can do at your convenience in your own home. And the “chill pads” for your eyes are fabulous. You can do 2 anti-aging treatments in 10 minutes. Perfect!

Liking the cooling features and only having to use for 8min per session. Will update in a few weeks if I notice any skins benefits. The mask came with change stand/dock

I’ve only used it for a few weeks. I don’t notice any change if any. I will update after a few months. This device does include the charging dock which is a nice addition.

This mask is making a difference to the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on my face. I have been using the better aging setting. I like how it tells you how many sessions have been completed, it helps to keep up with using it daily. The blemish control setting is not good for my skin and brings me out in rashes sometimes. The eye cooling feature that’s built in is great for helping with puffy eyes however I can only tolerate it on the first setting. Anything higher and I get freeze burns under my eyes. Overall it’s a great tool in fighting aging and feels like a treat for the 6 minutes I wear it daily.

The Shark CryoGlow under-eye cooling + LED face mask is a must have! I had had this face mask now for 7 months and I just love it! I have noticed visible results, my skin is brighter, clearer and dark spots reduced. The under eye cooling is lovely and feels so nice, helps with puffy under eyes. It’s easy to charge and the charge holds well. It comes with a lovely dust bag, to store the mask in, when not in use, so protects it well. I am so pleased with this mask, it’s a staple in my skin care routine!

Great item, however we returned the one as got at Sam’s after discovering it didn’t come with the charging stand as pictured. Ended up buying directly from Shark and got one with the stand and after a discount code, got it for cheaper with a stand than as had paid at Sam’s for one without the stand.

Love the mask, but I wish it came with the charging stand that is shown in the second pic. Info states it only comes with the USB plug in. The stand is so handy for charging. I’d like to order for my daughter, but looking for one that includes the charging stand.

January sales add shows it comes with 20.00 Sam’s cash and also comes with docking charging station but no docking station called customer service no help at all!!

I am returning this after 6 days of trying it. While I think the light therapy is working well, the cryo portion of this model is a problem for me. The cryo pads are downright painful -- even with the cold setting turned OFF! So after a few days of feeling like the lowest coldness setting was too much, I went a few days with the setting off completely. So I figure, why get a model with a cryo feature if I'm never going to use that feature? Now I've gone a few days using it without the coldness turned on, but I'm realizing its the entire cryo pad portion of the mask that is the problem. It is painful to have on my face. It feels like an elephant is standing on my sinuses and delicate under eye area, whether I'm sitting upright or laying down. I even tried running the lights cycle while holding the mask just off my face with my hands, but this is where I'm ready to give up and return the entire thing. Something that costs this much money shouldn't require me to alter how i have to use it. This design is just NOT IT. It is too heavy, too bulky, the cryo pads cover half my cheeks and HURT, and even the lowest coldness setting is painful on my face and skin. Also, the cryo pads covering so much of my cheeks means that entire area is NOT getting the lights, which defeats the purpose of a light mask entirely. I'll go out and get a different brand from somewhere else.
