Shark Red Light Mask

I have been using Shark's CryoGlow Face Mask for over a month now and I am already seeing results with my skin. My red spots and breakouts are clearing up and overall feels more radiant. I have been using the Skin Clearing setting nightly, which lasts about 8 minutes and is designed for acne prone skin, treating with blue and red light. I love using the under eye cooling at a level 2-3. This device is super easy to incorporate into your skin care routine because each infrared routine is less than 10 minutes and it's a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I also love that you can use the under eye cooling setting on its own. The battery life is overall not bad, but it does take a long time to recharge it when it's super low. I do wish there was an app that connected to your device to track routines and progress. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase of this Shark device and I can't wait to see where my skin is at by month 2!

Shark Cyro Glow LED mask

You don’t need to go to an spa to help out your skin, when you have this magical mask, with three LED lights, to help with skin texture, acne, and skin routine maintenance. It’s pretty easy to wear, few minutes a day and you get instant glow. It’s recargable and comes with eye cooling pads.

With consistency you'll see good results

I wasn't expecting to love the Shark CryoGlow Mask as much as I do, but it has honestly become one of my favorite parts of my nighttime routine. It makes my skincare feel so much more elevated and relaxing, almost like having an at-home spa moment. What really impressed me is how comfortable and easy it is to use compared to other LED masks I've tried. The cooling under-eye feature feels AMAZING, especially when my face looks tired or puffy after a long day. My skin looks calmer, more refreshed and noticeably glowier when I use it consistently. I also love that I can just put it on while relaxing in bed or watching something. It turns skincare into a self-care moment instead of feeling like a chore. Definitely one of those beauty devices that actually feels worth incorporating into my routine.

Easy to use

Been using this mask for a week and loving it so far. It fits comfortably and is easy to adjust. The remote and controls are extremely user friendly, and so far the charge has lasted for an entire week's worth of use! I love the combo of red and blue light for both aging treatments as well as skin clearing.

Mask up now to show off later!

Love the ninja CryoGlow! It was a gift for my fiancé and I ended up using it for under eye treatment. You really notice a difference. Easy to use display and you can use it anywhere as its wireless. No maintainence. So easy a caveman can use it... and probably should lol.

Very effective product

Absolutely love very easy to use. I love the three different features in settings comes with a carrying bag, which makes it easy to travel with. I do wish the battery lasted a little bit longer.

Great mask!

Great item, however we returned the one as got at Sam's after discovering it didn't come with the charging stand as pictured. Ended up buying directly from Shark and got one with the stand and after a discount code, got it for cheaper with a stand than as had paid at Sam's for one without the stand.

Do not get is advertised!

January sales add shows it comes with 20.00 Sam’s cash and also comes with docking charging station but no docking station called customer service no help at all!!

Would not buy or recommend

The positives: the cooling pads feel really nice. I like that it came with a bag for storage. I really like that it only touches my face on the nose and is held up by the head straps. The negatives: 1) the fan is SO loud - the other reviews don’t talk about this enough 2) it’s heavy and for that reason it outweighs the positive of not actually sitting on your face. 3) the battery life sucks. I can probably get 5 uses then have to charge it. 4) my absolute biggest gripe is that the ref light setting is for 6 minutes max. Sometimes I’ll use it 2x in a row so I can get 12 min total but again it drains the battery faster.

Not For Me

I am returning this after 6 days of trying it. While I think the light therapy is working well, the cryo portion of this model is a problem for me. The cryo pads are downright painful -- even with the cold setting turned OFF! So after a few days of feeling like the lowest coldness setting was too much, I went a few days with the setting off completely. So I figure, why get a model with a cryo feature if I'm never going to use that feature? Now I've gone a few days using it without the coldness turned on, but I'm realizing its the entire cryo pad portion of the mask that is the problem. It is painful to have on my face. It feels like an elephant is standing on my sinuses and delicate under eye area, whether I'm sitting upright or laying down. I even tried running the lights cycle while holding the mask just off my face with my hands, but this is where I'm ready to give up and return the entire thing. Something that costs this much money shouldn't require me to alter how i have to use it. This design is just NOT IT. It is too heavy, too bulky, the cryo pads cover half my cheeks and HURT, and even the lowest coldness setting is painful on my face and skin. Also, the cryo pads covering so much of my cheeks means that entire area is NOT getting the lights, which defeats the purpose of a light mask entirely. I'll go out and get a different brand from somewhere else.
