[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the comfort of this, it doesn’t feel heavy on your face, the eye cushions are thicker so you can still see effectively. You can see how much time you have left on the display and can pick what setting you want. I also enjoyed the cooling feel.

Had this a couple of months now, overall it seems to be okay but I am having a lot of eye dryness/discomfort/ pain after use I have purchased several different eye protectors and none seem to help with this. I'll abstain from the product for several days until my eyes are normal, and then when I resume same eye discomfort and blurriness. I'm I think it would be helpful if shark designed eye protection for this specific so that it fits well with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I REALLY REALLY LIKE THIS FACE MASK!!! After 24 uses, I do feel like I see a difference in my skin. Also, I absolutely love the undereye cooling!!! It’s so relaxing & definitely helps with my puffy eyes. I gave it one less star because it is slightly heavy. However, this mask is very well made & great quality & it is an investment but if you will be consistent & use it, I definitely recommend it!!! Check out the video for the demo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of using the mask, I didn’t find a lot of improvement. I’m assuming months of using this would probably improve my skin condition. The cooling eye gel is a really nice feature and definitely depuffed my luxury eye bags.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a a cool LED mask! I love the different settings on it. Better aging and clear skin are my favorites. The under eye cooling is sooo nice and refreshing too. The mask fits nicely on my face, with three different straps to adjust for the perfect fit. It lasts between 4-5 uses for me before it needs charged again. I’ve been using it for a month, and have definitely noticed a difference in my skin tone and smoothness, so it’s nice to actually see results! My son tells me it’s my “alien” mask and he’s not wrong lol. This is a great addition to my skincare routine and I’m so excited to keep using it and seeing great results!

I like the adjustable straps makes it comfortable to wear . I think that it is working for what I needed it for . It doesn't have a strong smell to it . And the packaging it great very sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, before I get into the user experience I want to say how quality and high end this feels. From the packaging and unboxing to the feel of it. The mask feels substantial and well made and I like the case. That said it is heavy and can be a little uncomfortable, I know that’s because of the fans. Now what sets this apart is the cooler eye patches which I didn’t think I would like but they feel amazing! Especially when you are sleepy or puffy. Only thing though is because of those patches there are no lights on my upper cheeks which is feel is an important spot. I also wish it when around the chin so at least the underneath of my chin or even my neck got a little coverage. Other than the weight o find it relaxing and easy to use, and love that I can put the controller in my pocket and walk around if I need to. I have to charge it every few days, especially with the acne setting (I normally use the anti aging one) and it does take over an hour to get back to a full charge but overall that doesn’t bother me. If you like the combo of lights and cooling this could be a great buy.

Seems very well made and is pretty comfortable to wear while sitting or walking around doing things. The remote can clip to your waistband. The biggest difference of this one compared to my old one is the cryo eye pads. I usually use it on the lowest setting because it’s pretty cold. The only uncomfortable part is if you lay back the cooling eye pads rests heavily on my face and left and indent that lasted a bit after I was done. I like that this one had different programs for certain skin needs, I don’t have acne much but had done when I first hit it and it seems to work well for that.

I would give it a 5 JUST for the cooling pads under the eyes - it’s insane how cold they are and how much it wakes my skin up. I’ve been using this mask every day (when I remember) and I’ve had someone ask me if I changed my skincare routine because my skin looks better. I honestly just love how fast and easy it is. I know it’s big, but I’d choose putting this on my face for less than ten minutes a day over rubbing on a face mask anyyyy day. This thing is great. It’s tough. It’s so so so simple. And it’s comfortable (which I’d never have expected). I know it’s pricey, but some things are worth investing in. And these ~8 min a day are some that I look forward to now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is heavier and thicker than I assumed it would be, it seems to be of good, sturdy, quality! The remote gives a walk through, and it's really easy to use. I used the 6 min aging setting, and my husband tried the 8 min acne setting. The red and blue lights dont bother the eyes at all, you can't even see them really. I can't wait to see the long term results!
