[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really enjoying this product. It’s very well made and durable. My first impression is how easy it is to use! It’s comfortable on the head/face, not time consuming, and super user friendly. There are only 3 modes, and the remote is easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the under eye cooling pads. They feel amazing. The price tag is up there and not something I would necessarily splurge on, but I do believe this product is worth it.

Had this a couple of months now, overall it seems to be okay but I am having a lot of eye dryness/discomfort/ pain after use I have purchased several different eye protectors and none seem to help with this. I'll abstain from the product for several days until my eyes are normal, and then when I resume same eye discomfort and blurriness. I'm I think it would be helpful if shark designed eye protection for this specific so that it fits well with this product.

As a 37 year old woman, I bought this to aid in aging gracefully. My skin does seem to be enjoying it but the benefits go beyond that. I never realized the mental and regular health benefits with red light therapy. I am feeling the best I’ve ever felt. Zero brain fog, happier, tons of energy, sleeping better and lowered anxiety. I will include some form of red light therapy in my health routine for the rest of my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cryoglow LED facemask by Shark is a game changer. The mask is hard, so it is somewhat uncomfortable. However the head straps are adjustable to get a good fit. I highly recomend the eye cooling therapy to reduce puffiness in the bags under your eyes. After just a few weeks of consistent use, I have noticed subtle improvements in the fine lines around my face, and a reduction of redness from my rosacea. This is not an overnight change so give it some time. I plan to continue using this (less than 10 min a day) as part of my daily facial routine. I would say the only downside is that it doesn't have a neck and chest piece to target these much needed areas. I hope that if Shark puts out newer versions, they will add this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Myself and my wife have both been using the Shark Cryoglow for over a week now and I must say it’s extremely well built and doesn’t feel cheap, we each use it to help with the puffy eyes that we have as well as tightening up our skin. So far we are not seeing great results and I feel with a solid month of use should keep the puffy eyes away.

I took a before pic just so I could gauge whether it is worth the cost. PROS: I do notice my genetic panda dark circles fading, which is probably a result of my skincare ingredients being boosted by this mask. I give credit to the mask because I've been using my TXA eye creams and niacinamide serums for ages, but I've never experienced this level of efficacy before. It has done absolutely nothing for my pores, but I do see a slight improvement in my forehead lines. CONS: I wish it didn't have the cooling pads, I feel like they sit directly on the center of my cheek where I need the most light to hit for my pores. I will try wearing the mask a bit differently to make sure my cheeks and neck get as much light as POSSIBLE. Also, it's heavy. You gotta really mess with the straps to make your head take most of the weight, instead of your face and neck. I'll keep using it even though the results weren't jaw droppingly dramatic. I truly do believe it's helping. Is it worth the cost? If you have the dedication to make this a part of your daily routine, you will probably be pleased with your investment. If you're expecting miracles in 1 month, you won't be happy.

There are two treatments (minimize fine lines and reduce acne) with an under-eye cooling mode. The mask fit comfortably and has plenty of room for adjustments. There is an alternative under-eye pad for size adjustments as well. I keep the under-eye cooling on level 2 as it is quite chilly. Once fully charged, the battery life definitely lasts without a concern of having to charge after each time. It was easy to learn and I look forward to more results after the recommended number of weeks.
