I an 47 and I have been using this mask for 6 weeks and I can say it is amazing! I have tried other lights that I had to lay down and use for 20 minutes… This mask makes you mobile and it’s 8minutes!!!!! It has helped clear up my perimenopause hormonal acne (fun stuff)….. my skin is glowing, my discoloration is fading, and my aesthetics PA complimented my skin last week.

You can see how much time you have left on the display and can pick what setting you want. I also enjoyed the cooling feel.

The accessories provided are great and I really enjoyed the satin bag it came with to store it in. The controller and other elements feel like extremely good quality and the packaging was on point. I've tried both the blue and red light features and find both to be comforting and enjoyable, especially with the under eye cooling elements on. I was worried it might be irritating to the skin but so far, aside from some mild redness that quickly goes away, I haven't seen any sideffects. As far as effectiveness of the product, I don't think I would see real results until it's been used consistently for 3+months. But after using it almost a month now, it definitely seems like it is doing something positive to my skin! I'm excited to see how much additional positivity I'll see in another couple months! I would give it a 5 JUST for the cooling pads under the eyes - it’s insane how cold they are and how much it wakes my skin up. I’ve been using this mask every day (when I remember) and I’ve had someone ask me if I changed my skincare routine because my skin looks better. I honestly just love how fast and easy it is. I know it’s big, but I’d choose putting this on my face for less than ten minutes a day over rubbing on a face mask anyyyy day. This thing is great. It’s tough. It’s so so so simple. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark CryoGlow is a high quality device that claims to help with anti-aging (red light) and acne (blue light.). Since my skin is clear, I only tested the anti-aging. The device itself it substantial and a bit heavy (deducted a star). It fits well and has adjustable straps for fit. There are also optional under eye pads to adjust further (I didn’t need them). The remote is easy to use and it’s only 5-6 minutes per day! The device is portable as you recharge the remote. I’ve used this for weeks and I think too early to see results. Red light does work, and I recommend trying this as a home option that’s relatively affordable and convenient.
