I used as recommended, but it dried out my face that even moisturizer couldn’t help. Then I started using it every three days still the same thing dried out my face. The mask itself was very comfortable and it seems very durable. I do still use it, but I only use it for the cooling under patches which helps with my puffy under eyes

Opening the box, I certainly wasn't expecting the mask to appear as large as it is. It's almost a little intimidating. However, the simplicity of the mask is wonderful and such an easy add to your evening beauty routine. Once you have the mask fitted with the easy to adjust head straps, you turn on the mask with a handheld remote with a clear and easy to read digital display. Make sure to charge the remote first, as the remote is attached to the mask with a 2 foot cord. It takes you through step by step to get it set up to what you're aiming to improve and viola, you're ready to go. I used the fineline/wrinkle setting with the cooling undereye plates. It's only 6 minutes of your time, and the cooling plates feel amazing! You can adjust them between 3 setting options to your comfort. The mask has built-in fans, so it doesn't make your face feel warm, and after your session, it gives you a friendly reminder on the remote to moisturize. It comes with a satin bag to keep everything together and easy to store. I'm excited to see the results over the next several weeks!

The mask fits on your face comfortably and the cooling eye pads feel amazing. The remote has a clip on the back so you can attach it to you if you need to be hands free. The mask has a little weight to it but it feels very high end. It also comes with a satin bag to store it in. Overall blown away by how much I love this!

1. Cord is short. So charging will take place on your floor. 2. The eye “pads” are not pads. They are hard like a rock. Left side actually bruises my orbital bone during treatment. Can’t lie down either because weight of mask makes it worse. Very painful. 3. The blue light skin clearing program. Program is eight minutes long, but the blue light only stays on for about two minutes. The rest of the time it’s red. Returning. Going with a more expensive brand.

I would give it a 5 JUST for the cooling pads under the eyes - it’s insane how cold they are and how much it wakes my skin up. My mom has been using it for her under eyes and the anti aging setting. Might take awhile to see results but the cooling under eye mechanism is super nice!
