[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark CryoGlow Cooling + LED Face Mask is such a cool concept. I do genuinely think this is an effective and amazing piece of technology. It’s comfortable and easy to wear and use. You just have turn it on choose a setting and chill! I love how it doesn’t have to be plugged into a wall or something so you can walk around or continue doing normal everyday chores as you are doing your skincare at the same time. I love the eye cooling pads that’s probably my favorite part. I did start on the highest 10 minute setting my first time and I don’t think it was good for my skin, since my skin is pretty clear for the most part. It dried out my skin a bit so I waited a day in between before I used it again and then I used the lowest 4 minute setting and my skin looked really good and also felt soft the next day. So I do really believe this thing works if you use it consistently, but make sure you are using the setting you actually need on your skin or it could possibly just make your skin worse. Overall, this is a really cool product and works very well. I was super happy to try it and don’t really have any complaints or problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, before I get into the user experience I want to say how quality and high end this feels. From the packaging and unboxing to the feel of it. The mask feels substantial and well made and I like the case. That said it is heavy and can be a little uncomfortable, I know that’s because of the fans. Now what sets this apart is the cooler eye patches which I didn’t think I would like but they feel amazing! Especially when you are sleepy or puffy. Only thing though is because of those patches there are no lights on my upper cheeks which is feel is an important spot. I also wish it when around the chin so at least the underneath of my chin or even my neck got a little coverage. Other than the weight o find it relaxing and easy to use, and love that I can put the controller in my pocket and walk around if I need to. I have to charge it every few days, especially with the acne setting (I normally use the anti aging one) and it does take over an hour to get back to a full charge but overall that doesn’t bother me. If you like the combo of lights and cooling this could be a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not going to lie, I did not get to use this consistently every day.. I wish that I did and maybe I would’ve seen more results. I think I can see a difference in my skins brightness and firmness. The battery lasts about four sessions. It’s easy to wear and use the eye cooling feature is amazing and that alone is one reason I will continue to use this product it fits well it’s lightweight. It’s not uncomfortable.

I am sure how effective it is yet, but I do know it’s very uncomfortable to wear. It’s extremely heavy, which I normally like, but not on my face. I’ve adjusted it for a better fit, but I feel it’s still feeling uncomfortable and heavy. I am using the mark with the chill pads and my eyes are always swollen after usage. I have it set to level 1 only. So far I am not impressed. I hope results will change my rating.

The straps are adjustable and the eye cushions are nice touch. I will say one of my favorite options is the chill pads which help on days I’m exhausted and have puffy under eyes. I am in love with mask and feel like it’s a little at home daily spa treatment I can treat myself to. I highly recommend this mask and am loving the results I have seen so far. It’s also really durable and a quality made mask.

I feel like it has reduced those small red veins I would see close in the mirror. As well as reducing the puffiness under my eyes.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now and it's durable, the fit of it is comfortable to wear, the cooling eye patches are super nice, and I can wear it all around the house and get chores done while wearing it. My skin feels softer after using this so I will get wearing it to see more of the benefits. So far I've had to charge it once every three days ish but it hasn't been a problem.

Saw it on Insta and had to try. The under-eye cooling is a gamechanger, and the remote makes it easy to stick to my routines. I wish the charging stand didn't sell out — it'd be nice to have it ready to go always charged on my nightstand. Definitely better than the mask I tried last year, and I'm committed to making this part of my nighttime routine now!

I have really enjoyed using my Cryo Glow but am astonished at how terrible Shark Beauty customer service is. My mask was working fine until all of a sudden, the time on the settings started to change. The Better Aging setting changed to 6:22 and the other settings changed to a slightly longer time as well. I did a factory reset but this did not fix the time issue. I called Shark, opened a support ticket and was told that I would receive an email in a coupe of days. After a week, I called back and support did not have any answer for me. After speaking with a supervisor and then a manager, I was told that according to them the mask was working as it should. When I asked about the time changing to 6:22, they said the mask was adjusting to my own unique setting. I asked them where on their website/manual this info was listed and the manager did not have an answer, as I do not believe this information is accurate and actually exists anywhere. I asked them how this was still possible when I had done a factory reset and they said this was all of the information they had. Again, doing a factory reset should have fixed this issue but it didn't. Clearly the mask has some sort of malfunction gong on but Shark maintained that it was working correctly. After being on the phone with them for over an hour, I asked them to exchange the mask and they said they could only issue a refund and then I would have to purchase a new one. I am shocked at how long this entire process took and how terrible their customer service is for such a reputable brand.
