There are two treatments (minimize fine lines and reduce acne) with an under-eye cooling mode. The mask fit comfortably and has plenty of room for adjustments. There is an alternative under-eye pad for size adjustments as well. I keep the under-eye cooling on level 2 as it is quite chilly. Once fully charged, the battery life definitely lasts without a concern of having to charge after each time. It was easy to learn and I look forward to more results after the recommended number of weeks.

Its include under eye cooling , charger and bag for the mask , Its very easy to use ! You should charged full before first use , then you gonna used it regularly, the best this that , it doesn’t should be plugged to the wall during girl using the session it just charged and you used what session do you want from the remote and use it during our walking sleeping into something . I have been using it since one month and the best thing I like it in this face mask is : 1* its really cooling under my eyes! And keep them cool for long time , 2* say bye for your buff eyes the cooling pad under the eyes is my favorite , 3* the routines all included inside the remote. I don’t suffer from acne but my son does and he started a routine using the acne feature and his skin has drastically changed. It has faded dark spots on my face as well as his. The cooling eye feature is both mine and his favorite. I was concerned that I wouldn’t have the patience to sit through a cycle, much less use it every day but when I saw how quick and beneficial this tool is, i was hooked. It’s a really great product so if you are debating getting it or not, GET IT! I love this gadget so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Shark CryoGlow LED mask from Influenster for complimentary testing purposes. This is so relaxing to sit and reduce wrinkles, Plus the cooling under my eyes feels wonderful and helps with puffiness.

Had this a couple of months now, overall it seems to be okay but I am having a lot of eye dryness/discomfort/ pain after use I have purchased several different eye protectors and none seem to help with this. I'll abstain from the product for several days until my eyes are normal, and then when I resume same eye discomfort and blurriness. I'm I think it would be helpful if shark designed eye protection for this specific so that it fits well with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this on the red light setting every night since February 23rd, and it's now April 2nd. I took a before pic just so I could gauge whether it is worth the cost. PROS: I do notice my genetic panda dark circles fading, which is probably a result of my skincare ingredients being boosted by this mask. I give credit to the mask because I've been using my TXA eye creams and niacinamide serums for ages, but I've never experienced this level of efficacy before. It has done absolutely nothing for my pores, but I do see a slight improvement in my forehead lines. CONS: I wish it didn't have the cooling pads, I feel like they sit directly on the center of my cheek where I need the most light to hit for my pores. I will try wearing the mask a bit differently to make sure my cheeks and neck get as much light as POSSIBLE. Also, it's heavy. You gotta really mess with the straps to make your head take most of the weight, instead of your face and neck. I'll keep using it even though the results weren't jaw droppingly dramatic. I truly do believe it's helping. Is it worth the cost? If you have the dedication to make this a part of your daily routine, you will probably be pleased with your investment. If you're expecting miracles in 1 month, you won't be happy.

The durability seems to be good. It was a little on the heavy side for my opinion. But overall the effectiveness and entire unit was great.
