[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comfort of this was pretty good. I felt the fit was good making it feel secure. The battery life was t an issue for me at all. The durability seems to be good. It was a little on the heavy side for my opinion. But overall the effectiveness and entire unit was great.

I am sure how effective it is yet, but I do know it’s very uncomfortable to wear. It’s extremely heavy, which I normally like, but not on my face. I’ve adjusted it for a better fit, but I feel it’s still feeling uncomfortable and heavy. I am using the mark with the chill pads and my eyes are always swollen after usage. I have it set to level 1 only. So far I am not impressed. I hope results will change my rating.

I love everything about it. It’s easy to get it to fit your head by adjusting the straps, my husband and I were both able to get a perfect comfortable fit with ease! It feels very well made and durable and stays in place during use. The remote and device are super easy to use, just hold the dial on the remote to power on and then select which mode you want and start the session! It also keeps track of your sessions so you can see how many you’ve completed which I love! The under eye cooling is an amazing feature with this mask, and you can choose between 3 cool levels. I love using it in the morning on level 3 to lessen any puffiness or dark spots around my eyes and it definitely helps me look and feel more refreshed. I have already noticed my breakout getting better and healing quicker so I am really looking forward to seeing the full results! I know consistency is key with most skin care so I will definitely be keeping up with it for best results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this device. I have started my routine and look forward to my treatments daily. It is very very comfortable and fits nicely. The eye cooling feature was very relaxing and instantly revived my under eyes. The mask is very well made and I can see it lasting a long time. This is the best part of my skincare routine.

I have really enjoyed using my Cryo Glow but am astonished at how terrible Shark Beauty customer service is. My mask was working fine until all of a sudden, the time on the settings started to change. The Better Aging setting changed to 6:22 and the other settings changed to a slightly longer time as well. I did a factory reset but this did not fix the time issue. I called Shark, opened a support ticket and was told that I would receive an email in a coupe of days. After a week, I called back and support did not have any answer for me. After speaking with a supervisor and then a manager, I was told that according to them the mask was working as it should. When I asked about the time changing to 6:22, they said the mask was adjusting to my own unique setting. I asked them where on their website/manual this info was listed and the manager did not have an answer, as I do not believe this information is accurate and actually exists anywhere. I asked them how this was still possible when I had done a factory reset and they said this was all of the information they had. Again, doing a factory reset should have fixed this issue but it didn't. Clearly the mask has some sort of malfunction gong on but Shark maintained that it was working correctly. After being on the phone with them for over an hour, I asked them to exchange the mask and they said they could only issue a refund and then I would have to purchase a new one. I am shocked at how long this entire process took and how terrible their customer service is for such a reputable brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this on the red light setting every night since February 23rd, and it's now April 2nd. I took a before pic just so I could gauge whether it is worth the cost. PROS: I do notice my genetic panda dark circles fading, which is probably a result of my skincare ingredients being boosted by this mask. I give credit to the mask because I've been using my TXA eye creams and niacinamide serums for ages, but I've never experienced this level of efficacy before. It has done absolutely nothing for my pores, but I do see a slight improvement in my forehead lines. CONS: I wish it didn't have the cooling pads, I feel like they sit directly on the center of my cheek where I need the most light to hit for my pores. I will try wearing the mask a bit differently to make sure my cheeks and neck get as much light as POSSIBLE. Also, it's heavy. You gotta really mess with the straps to make your head take most of the weight, instead of your face and neck. I'll keep using it even though the results weren't jaw droppingly dramatic. I truly do believe it's helping. Is it worth the cost? If you have the dedication to make this a part of your daily routine, you will probably be pleased with your investment. If you're expecting miracles in 1 month, you won't be happy.

I bought this for my teenage son who has severe acne. I was concerned about the intensity of the LED lights so close to his eyes. The mask has foam around the eye openings to supposedly block out light but when I tried it out, I thought the lights were too bright even with eyes closed the entire time, the light still penetrates. My son thought he’d use it would the solar eclipse film and he said the lights “bleached” his vision after using it for the 8 minutes for skin clearing. It too some time for his vision to normalize. To solve this, I used tanning bed sunnies but those weren’t comfortable as the mask pressed them into my eye sockets and they still allowed the lights from the mask to penetrate my eyelids. My next solution was to use solar eclipse glasses. These were the paper type with the sun block film so I cut and taped them to the inside of the mask. Wow, it made a tremendous difference in the lights. No lights at all. Shark needs to do this to remedy the issue with the mask affecting vision. We’re only born with one set of eyes.
