The fridge has been great and really increases the space we have now. The ice maker is a bit small in terms of how much ice it can store at a time but if has not been an issue yet. The fridge also looks very nice but the metal covering the front scratches pretty easily and tends to show dirt and messy hands pretty easily. We already had the door scratched due to fridge magnets and have not figured out a good way to repair it yet (but still hoping to find a solution). Overall I really like the fridge and would recommend getting one with a few caveats.

We bought this a month ago after old refrigerator died. Loving the amount of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer sections and the versatility you get with the shelf adjustment options. French doors are also nice and there is a lot of storage there as well, but they are louder when they close, which takes some getting used to. Will say getting it hooked up to Wi-Fi with the app was frustrating and I gave up after a couple of hours - just not worth the aggravation since it's not really necessary for us to have a "smart refrigerator". Satisfied with our purchase and would buy it again.

In quite happy with the LG refrigerator we bought a few months ago. I bigger than other refrigerator I owned, yet doesn't take up too much space. When I had an issue on the refrigerator, the LG customer service was able to fix the issue within a hour.

We just bought the fridge about a month ago, so far all working as it should. Nice looking, love how big it is on the inside. Only thing hung would be nice is to have a light on the outside when filling up with water and ice so you can see what buttons your pressing.

We thought we had a problem with the water/ice dispenser, but realize that the glass has to be held firmly under the ice dispenser. Now, we are happy!

The door ice maker also has a unique feature called "Smart Ice Plus" that can be enabled through the LG ThinQ app. When enabled, it increases ice production. Having a family 6, this comes in very handy. Overall, this LG purchase has been a very positive experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So got the refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. Overall I'm happy with it But my 1 gallon size pampered chef pitcher does not fit. It has to go on the door but it a very tight squeeze. Other than tall items on fitting well is the only issue with it.

I love this product. My old refrigerator/freezer was over 30 years old. I can't believe all of the new features this product has over my old one. I found the bottom freezer to be more than enough space for all of our frozen products. I like that the ice maker makes a smaller ice cube than my older unit. The shelves in the refrigerator are set just at the right height for the different size products we buy, and they are able to be moved around to different heights if necessary. There is plenty of space on the shelves of each of the doors. I like the feature of being able to see at what temperature the refrigerator and freezer are set at. I also like that if the door is not completely shut you receive a musical tone that gets your attention. This product takes up about the same amount of floor space as my old unit but the refrigerator and freezer has more inside space for my grocery needs. This is a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although LG's Inverter Linear units appear to be a much quieter appliance in comparison to LG's conventional compressor, this is a sufficient replacement. Unfortunately, the "in the door" ice maker does not fall into the; sufficient category. While conserving space, compromises must be made. In general, like all of my LG appliances, my complaints are minimal.

Have had the fridge about a month now. The interior setup is very usable. I like how the icemaker is installed on the inside of the door because it gives you more shelf room for storage. It's also easy to dump ice in the storage bin in the freezer compartment. The filter is also located conveniently for replacement. Overall I am happy with the purchase.
