Overall great grill at a great price point but the app and connectivity issues really need help and can make grilling frustrating

Assembly was easy and straight forward if you have even the slightest of a brain. Haven't used it yet therefore 3 stars

I enjoy the ease of use in the display panel and the smoker as a whole. I've only used it twice so far but so far so good.

Assembly was a little difficult. I needed help to put it together. Now that I'm using it so far so good...

I like the way it's built but haven't used it yet trying to learn how to use it. This came with no directions for assembly which was disappointing

So far I've only setup but seems high quality, I can't wait to try it. Im doing the first burn in now

Putting it together was easier than I thought it would be. Now to smoke some meat and chicken. Will update later

I HAVE CONTACTED NEXGRILL REGARDING DISPLAY SENSOR FAIL FOR MY OAKFOAR 875 PRO, WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT RETURNING GRILL.

Grill has several paint defects and stains. The unit is very heavy and requires assistance to assemble.
