[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this smoker is AMAZING! there was definitely some assembly required but following the directions ot was pretty simple. It was boxed very nicely. It heats up quickly with a very nice display of the pellets and a digital display of temperature that also has a wifi probe for the meat. Its a great size. Definitely recommend and impressed. It was missing a seal on the inside of smoker lid but doesn't seem to interfere with cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smoker is so beautiful, made with great material, and has really cool high-tech features! It took me and my husband about 40 minutes to assemble, which is definitely a two person job just based on the size and how you have to maneuver it for assembly, but it was straight forward and only one tool was needed. You could feel the quality of this smoker while building it, which was so exiting. I love the features of this smoker (which my other smoker did not have) including the bottom shelf, the hooks on the side to hang grilling tools, the wifi and app connectivity, a timer on the screen, and more!! This is above and beyond what my other smoker could do. It heats up nice and fast and the grates have been cooking well. You really can’t beat smoking chicken breast - they are never dry and taste incredible!!! I can’t wait to cook on this more. Hoping that nexgrill will come out with a cover for this size grill though because right now they do not have one for this specific size.

It has a convenience of having different settings to make cooking time and cooking easier. it is very safe and he said to use and having the cover for it makes it perfect.

Once I learned how to use the control panel everything has been great.

Good upgrade from old grill. Some of the powder coat was dinged up on legs and back of the grill, but that's shouldn't affect my steak's flavor.

Overall great grill at a great price point but the app and connectivity issues really need help and can make grilling frustrating

I like the way it's built but haven't used it yet trying to learn how to use it. This came with no directions for assembly which was disappointing

This this is absolutely gorgeous!! The only reason it's a 4 star is it did have some dents and dings but nothing major
