Great grill, app needs help

Overall great grill at a great price point but the app and connectivity issues really need help and can make grilling frustrating

Quality Control Lacking

Grill has several paint defects and stains. The unit is very heavy and requires assistance to assemble.

Just got my Oakford for Fathers day. Assembly was easy and all has gone well with the seasoning burn. Can't wait to smoke some meats!

POOR CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

I HAVE CONTACTED NEXGRILL REGARDING DISPLAY SENSOR FAIL FOR MY OAKFOAR 875 PRO, WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT RETURNING GRILL.

Just finished assembling

I like the way it's built but haven't used it yet trying to learn how to use it. This came with no directions for assembly which was disappointing
