Smoke setting

I can't find anywhere on how to set the smoke, bake, grill settings in any of the instructions.

We are sorry the instructions did not explain how to switch between smoke, bake, and grill modes. That is a really important feature and you should not have to hunt for that information. Please give us a call at 1-800-913-8999 and we will walk you through all three modes step by step so you can get the most out of your smoker.
