This is my first pellet smoker and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the building was evident from the moment I unboxed the smoker! Thank you Nexgrill!

I love the pellet grill, the only complaint is that the wheels seem to be a little on the cheaper side compared to everything else on the grill. Overall great product so far

Just finished setting it up and registering it. The build quality feels solid, and it fired right up on the first try. Looking forward to cooking many meals on this.

It was easy to put together. My outlet is on the right side of the grill, though. And the cord is not long enough to reach from the hopper to the outlet.

Control dial is unresponsive, continuous beeping won't allow to select anything under settings button. This makes thing as simple as loading pellets difficult. Seriously thinking about sending it back.

Went together relatively easy. Had some minor issues with 1st burn, but mostly my issues. It fired right up. Waiting for 1st burn to complete then clean up. Can't wait for the 1st meal.

Just got this grill today. Took about an hour to assemble. Was able to do it by myself. Pretty easy. Excited to use it this weekend for the maiden smoke!!!

When I used the paint around the chimney part lit on fire. It was the first time we used it and the paint and metal started burning as you can see in the picture.

First pellet smoker ever. I love it on a busy schedule. I don’t have to babysit the fire. I appreciate how good everything comes out with minimal effort. My life is easier. Thank you oakwood

After setting up, it was easy to get started and put some meat on the grill! Great product, pellets are a game changer! Definitely a great purchase and if you’re looking to up your grill game - this is the one!
