The learning curve is minimal, so it’s easy to use even for beginners. It offers automatic temperature control and an electric ignition system that heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The foldable side shelf is very convenient for placing food and tools while cooking. The grill is heavy and solid, but still easy to move thanks to its four wheels. Assembly was simple — my son and daughter-in-law completed it in about 40 minutes. I tested it by cooking fish at 300°F for about 1 hour, then increasing the temperature to 400°F for 15–20 minutes to lightly sear the outside. This helped the surface become slightly charred while allowing the juices to reduce and soak back into the fish, making it even more flavorful. The fish turned out moist, tender, and delicious with a gentle smoky aroma. The included cover is a great bonus. It fits the grill perfectly and is made from durable material. On the back of the cover, there is a mesh fabric panel about 3 inches high that runs horizontally across the width of the cover. This design helps with ventilation while still protecting the grill from dust, rain, and outdoor weather. It gives me peace of mind knowing the grill stays clean and well-protected when kept outdoors. My husband absolutely loves cooking with it and has been using it whenever he gets a chance. The temperature control is easy to manage, and the food comes out flavorful and evenly cooked every time, whether he's smoking meat low and slow or grilling for a quick family dinner. It's sturdy, spacious and easy to use which makes weekend cookouts and family meals even more enjoyable.

I have not used it yet, but I put it together. Yesterday went together well very nice piece of equipment. I can't wait to use it. My only complaint is the placement of the handle on the lid. If you're not careful, you will burn your wrist putting it up and down it should be moved to a lower point. There is a fire going on in the state of Texas where is trying to be true then they are trying to enact.

Just got my Oakford for Fathers day. Assembly was easy and all has gone well with the seasoning burn. Can't wait to smoke some meats!

I'll love it once I get my cooking times worked out. I usually smoke different things and like to pull off as close to same end .time as possible.

Got my Oakford 875 Pro for Father's Day and I haven't stopped cooking on it yet!!!! Meat turns out delicious and perfect every time!!!!

This this is absolutely gorgeous!! The only reason it's a 4 star is it did have some dents and dings but nothing major

Good upgrade from old grill. Some of the powder coat was dinged up on legs and back of the grill, but that's shouldn't affect my steak's flavor.

Product seems to be high quality. Wish there were assembly instructions in the owner's manual. Looking forward to using the grill.
