The food comes out with a great smoky flavor, and the included cover is a nice bonus for keeping it protected when not in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this smoker is AMAZING! there was definitely some assembly required but following the directions ot was pretty simple. It was boxed very nicely. It heats up quickly with a very nice display of the pellets and a digital display of temperature that also has a wifi probe for the meat. Its a great size. Definitely recommend and impressed. It was missing a seal on the inside of smoker lid but doesn't seem to interfere with cooking.

There is very minimal noise which is great because I love socializing with my friends as I cook the up some steamy burgers and sausages. It was super easy to put together! That was much appreciated. The materials seem hefty and high quality; it definitely won’t break easily. I know this will last me a lifetime. Easy 100/10!

I always wanted a grill and this one is a smoker grill, something I’m learning about but I know it’s great to make brisket. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I freaking love it. It’s not noisy, it’s lightweight. It was easy to put to together and feel durable. I love the Bluetooth built into it so you can connect to the app. It uses pellets which is pretty easy to clean out and I actually cooked a brisket the night that I got it and as you can see, the brisket came out very delicious. You can always take TikTok recipes of this grill and it’ll show you so much that you can do on this. We’ve been cooking on it nonstop since we got it!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smoker is so beautiful, made with great material, and has really cool high-tech features! It took me and my husband about 40 minutes to assemble, which is definitely a two person job just based on the size and how you have to maneuver it for assembly, but it was straight forward and only one tool was needed. You could feel the quality of this smoker while building it, which was so exiting. I love the features of this smoker (which my other smoker did not have) including the bottom shelf, the hooks on the side to hang grilling tools, the wifi and app connectivity, a timer on the screen, and more!! This is above and beyond what my other smoker could do. It heats up nice and fast and the grates have been cooking well. You really can’t beat smoking chicken breast - they are never dry and taste incredible!!! I can’t wait to cook on this more. Hoping that nexgrill will come out with a cover for this size grill though because right now they do not have one for this specific size.

Ash and pellet residue cleanup: Vacuum or brush out leftover ash from the firepot/auger area after use.  • Check pellets before use: Ensure pellets are dry and not blocked in the auger or hopper.  • Inspect electronics and seals: Periodic checks help avoid ignition or control issues.

I did it alone and on more than one occasion, I was wishing I had an extra set of hands. It'll make things much easier on you. As stated, this thing is built like a tank. It's solid, sturdy, and should last for many years to come. I would suggest a cover or keeping it in a shed/garage to protect it from the weather since it is electric. Make sure you download the Nexgrill app. I had a little frustration getting it to connect and work, but ultimately I got it connected. This will allow you to control the unit from inside your home and to keep an eye on your temperatures, which is very important. Get yourself some quality pellets. Some pellets are known for being too elongated and clogging up the auger. Also, be sure to empty the hopper when not in use or putting it away for the season. The pellets can absorb moisture and break down and cause havoc on the auger the next time you decide to use it. The Nexgrill Oakford 875 Pro is a quality smoker with great features that'll turn you into a smoking pro in no time. If you're new to smoking, get yourself a good book that helps with the learning curve and also has recipes. I would suggest "Project Smoke." The 875 Pro is an investment that'll take care of you as long as you take care of it.
