I've wanted a smoker for so long and now that I have one I am not disappointed. So easy to use. Really easy to put together. I couldn't ask for more

Used the pellet smoker 1-hr 18-min and error code for the sensor hopefully the company will just send new sensor for it. With me only having one arm I surely don't want to have to put another one together any time soon!:(

My husband says this is the best grill he has ever had. Assembly was a little difficult, but after that, things were a breeze. Controls on the app and grill are easy to use and it's easy to clean! We have a winner!

Very well built. Have only had it a week but already smoked and grilled for at least 10 hours. Easy to operate from control panel or the app. Maintains temp surprisingly close to target. Great product so far.

Easy assembly. Started up with no issues. Love the display. Very easy to read. App and wireless control worked out the box. First cook went great. So far, I'm really impressed and happy!

Deciding what to try first but being in NC think it's going to be a large pork roast to make some of that delicious NC BBQ. Will say this is a very well and sturdy built unit, impressed alone by the thickness of the metal all in itself.

This is my first pellet smoker grill. I have had for about three weeks and I have enjoyed it immensely. I am impressed with this smoker. Looking forward to making many great meals.

It was easy to put together. My outlet is on the right side of the grill, though. And the cord is not long enough to reach from the hopper to the outlet.

Just finished setting it up and registering it. The build quality feels solid, and it fired right up on the first try. Looking forward to cooking many meals on this.

The grill seems excellent but I may never know because there isn't any detail assembly instructions, just a diagram with a thousand pieces and parts drawn on it!!!!!!! Wow
