I love the Bluetooth built into it so you can connect to the app. It uses pellets which is pretty easy to clean out and I actually cooked a brisket the night that I got it and as you can see, the brisket came out very delicious. You can always take TikTok recipes of this grill and it’ll show you so much that you can do on this. We’ve been cooking on it nonstop since we got it!! Very luxury for the value, It has so many features that makes it easy to have the perfect smoked meat the perfect flavor, the features for the temperature are the best also the material is very sturdy, the assembly took me an hour, it comes with the manual, also comes with the cover I really love that because where I live is supe dusty so is just perfect to take care of my smoker, everything arrived very protected I’m super happy!

It looks so nice. I love the digital accent to show the temperature. It’s also really easy to move around and the cover is a nice added touch because I can’t always put it under a covered area. It takes a little bit to put together but the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. You also have to prime the smoker grill before using it so make sure to read through everything before you start. The Oakford 875 PRO Pellet Smoker Grill is easy to use even though there are a some very high end functions, like being able to link it to your phone to check temperatures. The first thing I made on it was a tri-tip and it was literally the best and most tender tri-tip that I have ever had in my life. I also made ribs, corn and baked potatoes and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a regular BBQ again. Everything turned out so good and it was surprisingly easy to clean! I love the functions on the screen where it tells you the temperature and I also love how heavy duty the smoker grill is. I’m extremely happy with it and can’t wait to try all sorts of meats on it.

We love our Oakford 875 Pro! Assembly was pretty simple, and we were ready to fire it up for dinner after bringing it home that same afternoon. The control screen is easy to use, and once running, the smoker does a fantastic job of maintaining the set temp. Using the high end of the temp range makes some great grilled meats. It heats faster than the oven, and without heating up the kitchen, so it's quickly become an almost daily option for us. And compared to other pellet smoker/grills at the same price point, it was the only option we found that came with a meat probe, a mobile app, a grill cover, and a manufacturer warranty.

The learning curve is minimal, so it’s easy to use even for beginners. It offers automatic temperature control and an electric ignition system that heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The foldable side shelf is very convenient for placing food and tools while cooking. The grill is heavy and solid, but still easy to move thanks to its four wheels. Assembly was simple — my son and daughter-in-law completed it in about 40 minutes. I tested it by cooking fish at 300°F for about 1 hour, then increasing the temperature to 400°F for 15–20 minutes to lightly sear the outside. This helped the surface become slightly charred while allowing the juices to reduce and soak back into the fish, making it even more flavorful. The fish turned out moist, tender, and delicious with a gentle smoky aroma. The included cover is a great bonus. It fits the grill perfectly and is made from durable material. On the back of the cover, there is a mesh fabric panel about 3 inches high that runs horizontally across the width of the cover. This design helps with ventilation while still protecting the grill from dust, rain, and outdoor weather. It gives me peace of mind knowing the grill stays clean and well-protected when kept outdoors. I have not used it yet, but I put it together. Yesterday went together well very nice piece of equipment. I can’t wait to use it. My only complaint is the placement of the handle on the lid. If you’re not careful, you will burn your wrist putting it up and down it should be moved to a lower point. There is a fire going on in the state of Texas where is trying to be true then they are trying to enact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange from my honest review setting up the pilot smoker took around roughly around three hours to fully complete initially I thought I could set it up on my own and that it would only take about an hour since everything seems almost assembled except for the legs however I was wrong. It was very difficult to screw the legs from the inside of the smoker at a slanted angle. This is definitely a two person job. Other than that the instruction was easy to follow. It took me a while to understand how to use the setting and dial on the smoker. I read through the instruction manual but it wasn’t as clear as I expected. Mind you all this is my first time owning an electric smoker. After a couple of the trails and errors it’s actually pretty easy to use. I just wish the instructions manual was written for dummies. But have to say I really like how easy the app is. You can adjust the temp and duration of the cook time through the phone and it works just like the dial. The only thing that I find to be annoying with the app is every time you go back to view the temp after clicking to other stuff from the app. The initial page will say that the smoker is turn off when it’s actually not. I tested out my smoker with three different types of protein. Chicken, prime rib and baby back ribs. All of the protein Came out smoky and delicious. everything was smoked and cooked perfectly using the probe that came with the smoker. First time cleaning the smoker I forgot to use the cleaning cycle after I washed my grill but I went back to do the burn off cycle and honestly it’s burnt off the residue from the grill and it’s easier scrape to off. It felt like it I took century to clean the pellet ashes from the smoker by hand. Just buy a vacuum to make life easier. Overall I honestly enjoy using the smoker. It’s my first time owning an electric smoker like this and i really enjoy the luxury of checking the time and temp through my phone. Despite the long setup it’s easy to use and delivers smokey juicy results that make you crave for more.
