The control display is defective, in a way that it has a non-stopping beep, that won't let you select required options for correct start up. Requested a a new display previously with no answer from manufacturer. I most likely return to seller.

Assembly was straightforward and simple although a little more information in the instructions could have been helpful. However, YouTube video provided necessary color for easy completion! All fastener holes lined up perfectly although an extra hand is a must for attaching the four legs.

Ash and pellet residue cleanup: Vacuum or brush out leftover ash from the firepot/auger area after use.  • Check pellets before use: Ensure pellets are dry and not blocked in the auger or hopper.  • Inspect electronics and seals: Periodic checks help avoid ignition or control issues.

I did it alone and on more than one occasion, I was wishing I had an extra set of hands. It'll make things much easier on you. As stated, this thing is built like a tank. It's solid, sturdy, and should last for many years to come. I would suggest a cover or keeping it in a shed/garage to protect it from the weather since it is electric. Make sure you download the Nexgrill app. I had a little frustration getting it to connect and work, but ultimately I got it connected. This will allow you to control the unit from inside your home and to keep an eye on your temperatures, which is very important. Get yourself some quality pellets. Some pellets are known for being too elongated and clogging up the auger. Also, be sure to empty the hopper when not in use or putting it away for the season. The pellets can absorb moisture and break down and cause havoc on the auger the next time you decide to use it. The Nexgrill Oakford 875 Pro is a quality smoker with great features that'll turn you into a smoking pro in no time. If you're new to smoking, get yourself a good book that helps with the learning curve and also has recipes. I would suggest "Project Smoke." The 875 Pro is an investment that'll take care of you as long as you take care of it.

It’s pretty big and the packaging is obviously big but well-packed! It’s pretty cool because it have a digital controller and also has WiFi connectivity! This grill has modern features including high temperature ranges, along with with a large cooking area. I would highly recommend 9/10

The only downside so far is I could find no assembly instructions in the Box I had to find them on YouTube 90% of the holes lined up perfectly there were only a couple that I had to force so the screw would go in. otherwise it's a very solid well built pellet grill. Time will tell on the function and accuracy of this Grill. YouTube reviews were very promising as there was almost no variation in temperature across the grill. I'm going through the first burn in process now.

Very luxury for the value, It has so many features that makes it easy to have the perfect smoked meat the perfect flavor, the features for the temperature are the best also the material is very sturdy, the assembly took me an hour, it comes with the manual, also comes with the cover I really love that because where I live is supe dusty so is just perfect to take care of my smoker, everything arrived very protected I’m super happy!

We love our Oakford 875 Pro! Assembly was pretty simple, and we were ready to fire it up for dinner after bringing it home that same afternoon. The control screen is easy to use, and once running, the smoker does a fantastic job of maintaining the set temp. Using the high end of the temp range makes some great grilled meats. It heats faster than the oven, and without heating up the kitchen, so it's quickly become an almost daily option for us. And compared to other pellet smoker/grills at the same price point, it was the only option we found that came with a meat probe, a mobile app, a grill cover, and a manufacturer warranty.

I have not used it yet, but I put it together. Yesterday went together well very nice piece of equipment. I can't wait to use it. My only complaint is the placement of the handle on the lid. If you're not careful, you will burn your wrist putting it up and down it should be moved to a lower point. There is a fire going on in the state of Texas where is trying to be true then they are trying to enact.

I love the overall design of this grill. It has an extra large hopper for long cooks, a powerful controller, and thoughtful design on the barrel and shelving. It does suffer from the same design flaw as every other grill on the market with a floating auger motor and gearbox. That's my only major design critique and mandatory upgrade. It does work, but it can be made to work much better for just a few dollars.
