[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a compromise between the refirgerator my wife wanted, and the one I wanted. Talk about fortuitous. We both love this unit. The freezer section is roomy and easy to organize, the fridge section is actually very well thought out. The view window I incorrectly thought was a gimick I now use constantly to prevent opening the door. And the craft ice fits perfect in my hydroflask. The craft ice is also perfect for my scotch glass. Overall we love this appliance

I got this fridge in January and now in September I have had the LG repair man to my house 4 times and the problem is still not resolved. The freezer works well, and I like the layout and the 2 ice makers, but the refrigerator will not stay cold, it remains at about 40-45 degrees.

I had my new custom cabinetry custom made based on LG specs. We found the LG fridge is bulging on the sides. LG tech and “engineers” declared it to be shipping damage. Hence…….. I am screwed. PEOPLE, check out any other brand BEFORE you buy this factory defect LG product. I had to pay the cabinet craftsman to widen the opening to fit the defective fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new refrigerator. Having the side by side makes accessing the freezer and refrigerator equally convenient. I like that the ice maker is in the freezer and no more issues with it sitting in the refrigerator side and taking up room.

We decided to get this model instead of the one without the Instaview feature. Figured we may as well get something fancy, and fancy it is. Deal breaker was that the top shelf was adjustable - only the top shelf - so I could put a bottle of wine there. There are no other adjustable shelves in the refrigerator which stinks. Makes pretty round ice cubes. It's pretty on the outside with the Instaview. It's very quiet which is nice, and there is a lot of space inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lg side by side refrigerator 3 months ago love the fact it makes craft ice balls and the fridge has a knock window great features.Only thing I had a problem with is the sensor was acting up fridge light stayed on for almost a week oddly problem resolved on its own .Other than that it's a great product I'd still recommend to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a little less then a month ago, love the space!! The knock feature was cool at first but kind of pointless if you ask me. Also don’t like that there is no “ deli drawer “. Love that I can put a gallon of milk in the door shelf.

The cool features such as see-thru door and specialty drink ice maker works everytime. I have 3 young kids so our appliances get a lot of use and this has not failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a stove and a refrigerator. I am so glad that I did so much and my wife is so happy with it more likely. If we had to, we were purchase it all over again that’s not satisfied that we are with your appliance.

I really like our new refrigerator. It works really well, but sometimes, I wish the door would get cooler. It's not as cold as on the shelves. And the craft ice maker is having some trouble. When it tries to 'dislodge' the newly-made craft ice, the unit clanks for about a minute, and then drops the ice. I've put in for a service call regarding this. But I really love this fridge overall. Would still recommend to others. (Would not get the see-through door, though).
