Help, We just ordered and received this beautiful refrigerator this week. We cleaned out the ice and water and thought we were good. Then we opened the freezer door and the ice container fell when it was full of ice and broke one of the shelves. We had used the door several times in the last three days prior placing new items inside and had not touched the ice maker again and then this happened. Where would we go to buy a new shelf? How do we make sure the ice maker is seated properly when we had thought we had done so and come to find several days later that it can just fall down? Have no idea what to do from here. Can someone please email me back?

Looks beautiful and with great features. Delivered to home with dimensions just a bit too big. All is working well until a month into enjoying the refrigerator, the ice machine stop working. Went through diagnostic suggested and the had to get service repair. Order of parts and repair got delivered and done fast by LG service repair. So, to be fair, the refrigerator is only good at best for rating.

I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. I like how the space is laid inside and how good it looks. You got 2 ice makers and a lot of space. The instaview feature is a nice and handy add. If you buy it I recommend to use the LG app ThinQ to get the best experience. Now there are things that can improve; 1. The top shelf in the refrigerator side was really difficult and scary to remove (glass) (and yes I read and follow the instructions.) All other shelf's work fine. 2. In the ThinQ app you can control the craft ice maker but can't do the same for the door ice maker. It will be great to have this in the app to. 3. It will be great to have an actual freezer and refrigerator temperature reading in the app. 4. You can only program 1 wifi connection for this refrigerator. If you try to program a new connection the last one is erased.

Bought this fridge for the nano UV water dispenser in the door. It also shows the inside when you knock on the door. But the truly nice features of adjustable shelves, egg and meat trays, are missing on this model. For us it was worth getting a UV dispenser and craft ice. But I do miss having adjustable shelves.

I bought this a couple months ago. Absolutely love it! Had issues getting it because the company that delivered it had an accident and damaged the door. when I finally got it, I was so happy!!! It’s great! So big!!! So cold!!! Love it. Something happened with my craft ice maker and it stopped working. Called LG and the woman who answered was awesome!!! Responsive! Understanding AND helpful!!! We got it fixed super fast and easy!!! Very pleased with the product and customer service!!

We had owned a LG Refrigerator for 19 years, no problems. We downsized to a smaller home in July and decided to purchase new refrigerator. We blame both ourselves and the salesman for not reviewing the features more thoroughly. We weren’t told about the round ice balls, so surprised when they started to dispense (loudly and slowly), not a useful idea in our thinking. Opening the drawers from the bottom, very unhandy. The glass front looked nice, but we’re constantly having to wash the fingerprints off. Finding milk, orange juice, etc, do not get as cold if put on the shelves behind the glass front. To say the least very disappointed in this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge. There are more space since the storage is horizontal and not the typical horizontal set-up. Even if you open the right fridge, you can still get water from the water dispenser. I loved the craft ice and UV light which cleans the surface dispenser by itsellf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything else work well, but, the Craft Ice maker has been replaced two times in less than one year,( owned since November 2022), once under labor warranty the second I had it delivered free, but I installed it. I'm afraid next time I would have to pay for the replacement and installation. This is a very nice future and it was one of the pros that make me select this model, now I'm not sure it was a good decision.
