He met my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a little bit of research on these refrigerators. I really like the Insta view and the craft ice maker. So far everything is working as expected I love this space inside and all the compartments. It was a great buy purchase

Love the refrigerator with the freezer on one side and edge to edge Instaview for easy view inside with out opening the door. This refrigerator makes my house look even more modern. Especially when I serving more then one guess and need extra ice with the dual ice maker with craft ice give plenty and plus the draft round ice makes it look really cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this not quite a month. The ice machine is doing great. The quality round ice machine is doing just great. This is a larger frig than my other. I have room in the doors for all my condiments which leave me more room in the frig to put left overs and other containers. I am getting used to the see through door. I also make other things like pickles and pickled onions that fit in it just fine. This is a great frig.

It was a good price but took forever to be delivered. It has the app that is great if I want to make sure it is at temp, it doesn't track power usage unless I live in an area the power company has special equipment. It doesn't have handles and a review I read he said it was hard for him but he was like 6'4" and could grab it from the top but the top doesn't have a grip. The handled is the opening in the middle and it is low on the fridge. It doesn't have that much freezer space as it has two icemakers. I don't really see a reason for the special sphere shaped ice except to say, "I have ice balls". I wouldn't buy it again no matter the savings that I got.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's coming to almost 11 months since I purchased this refrigerator & I really like it. The space & tech is just great; & I think it is really economical. There are only 2 items of concern: 1. The water filters are pricey unless you gamble on the cheaper versions 2. I wish the tray covers were very tempered glass or plastic. There's lots of stories where someone dropped something & that glass just shattered; & they are not cheap to replace

I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. I like how the space is laid inside and how good it looks. You got 2 ice makers and a lot of space. The instaview feature is a nice and handy add. If you buy it I recommend to use the LG app ThinQ to get the best experience. Now there are things that can improve; 1. The top shelf in the refrigerator side was really difficult and scary to remove (glass) (and yes I read and follow the instructions.) All other shelf's work fine. 2. In the ThinQ app you can control the craft ice maker but can't do the same for the door ice maker. It will be great to have this in the app to. 3. It will be great to have an actual freezer and refrigerator temperature reading in the app. 4. You can only program 1 wifi connection for this refrigerator. If you try to program a new connection the last one is erased.

Found right door about 1/4 inch lower than the right. Attempted adjustment but will not move up enough. Fridge seems to be fine otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great concept with the craft ice maker. It is the reason we purchased LG. Unfortunately like with any new idea and product their are some shortfalls and bugs to work out. The Craft ice maker freezes up constantly and will not dump ice balls out. Water tries to fill again and overflows into ice bin making a solid ice block. Finally the ice maker broke after only 3 months because the mechanism that vibrates and bangs (very loud every night) to loosen the ice couldn’t break the iced up tray in order to dump the ice balls into the bin. Would not buy again. Maybe they will perfect it in the couple years. LG has come out and replaced the craft ice maker under warranty but I assume since its the same model ice maker it will continue with the same problems. Read many reviews with this same issue.

Never buy a LG again in one year four compressors went out . They replaced the Refrigerator and the compressor was bad when they plugged it in. Went a week without a refrigerator, They brought in the third Refrigerator and it went one week and the compressor went out and damaged my floor where the coolant leaked out. So Three refrigerators and seven compressors. it's working now but for how long.??
