Worst refrigerator ever!! Don't buy this model!!
Bought this fridge in 2021 with 3 year extended warranty. Good thing but didn't matter after 5th year. Almost all the shelves broke or fell out if the door swung open to quickly breaking condiments jars. Then the ice ball maker went out got it replaced within 3 years warranty. Then recently this past week the entire fridge stop cooling/freezing causing us to lose $400 worth of fresh groceries. Had error code displayed ‘E-CH.' looked it up could be a host of issues. Cost of repairs would have outweighed the cost of fridge its self. So we had to get it hauled off and replaced it with a new one. NOT LG this time!!

Inconvenient drawer handles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this product for several weeks, this is what I have discovered. Drawers both freezer and refrigerator are difficult to use handles are on the bottom of drawer. Makes it difficult to open especially for people with bending difficulty. The handles would work much better if they were on the top of the drawers. This is especially true for the bottom drawer.

Great refrigerator for larger families!

The only downfall is how small the ice compartment is. My family loves to randomly eat ice. The ice maker and storage of ice is just way too small for our family.

Bad Craft Ice Maker
After only one year old and the ice craft ice maker went out. Fortunately LG did send me a new and replaced it very quickly. They also said they would give me two new filters but they never arrived. Afterwards I went online and found out the craft ice maker is a common problem.

The bottom drawer does not go below 42° F, even when the temperature is set to 33°. Meat consistently goes bad. Talked to support who scheduled a tech visit then tried to get me to cancel it several times by threatening to charge me.

Don't buy Craft Ice Maker
Not happy. The craft ice maker has gone out and needed to be replaced multiple times, beginning 3 months after purchase. Total of approximately 8 times over the past 4 years.

ICE MAKING FEATURES ARE GREAT

LG Load of Garbage..
Never buy a LG again in one year four compressors went out . They replaced the Refrigerator and the compressor was bad when they plugged it in. Went a week without a refrigerator, They brought in the third Refrigerator and it went one week and the compressor went out and damaged my floor where the coolant leaked out. So Three refrigerators and seven compressors. it's working now but for how long.??

Definitely cool and love the ice!
Omg this is the best fridge ever! If you knock on the black part it is a window! So you don't have to keep opening the door to see what you have or do not have. It is also deeper than most refrigerators so it can hold so much more! Love it! It is dedicated durable and the shelves are adjustable so you can make them shorter or taller depending on your needs. Another cool thing is the ice! It has the typical ice in the front but it also has a tray for ice to come out in the shape of balls! You can drop 3 in a yeti cup and they are perfect! The kiddos love that! Out of all the ones I have had, this one beats them all
Total Waste of Money
The absolute worst major appliance purchase in my life. On paper this looks like a great choice, but in the real world it's all a load of Who Shot John. Problematic from day 1. Had to be coaxed into atarting. Thought I was starting my old Chevy. It was start then die. THEN there's the smell and the taste of the ice. It was like they were dipped in chlorine. Never went away. ICE WATER? No way. Never had a fridge deliver warm water. (yes I was hooked up to cold water) and the taste was on par with the foul tasting ice. As for In Door Circulation. Never once did I feel or see cold air coming from those vents. Don't waste your money and time. I got a refund and went with SAMSUNG
