[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with product, custom ice maker broke within 1st 6 month's, LG sent me a new one and it was easy to install, don't really use the instaview but it was a feature that my wife wanted, water tasted funny at 1st, but fine now, would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this just about a month ago as part of a total kitchen renovation. It's a great refrigerator with excellent features. Looks fantastic in my new kitchen. Both the freezer and fridge have excellent storage capacity. The only drawback is there is no deli drawer, but I just use a removable plastic bin. Love the craft ice feature!

I bought my refrigerator one year ago a month after I had it the glass over the bottom drawer shattered in June of this year , the icemaker stopped working. I checked the water filter and there was never one in there . Now I have to do steps to my refrigerator before the guy can come and fix it And not only that the shelf on my door cracked and fell and broke crashing down breaking bottles. Iam so sorry to say I bought this LG because I heard it was number one but I have my doubts now

The shelving is large too along with the various compartments. I’m able to organize everything so well. Love the ice cube makers - the craft ice is fun too!!! The design is modern and sleek - the stainless is so pretty and keeps clean!!! Love the lighted door so I can quickly see inside! So happy with my new refrigerator!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting to call customer service. One thing is there were several dents in the doors I would like to get taken care of. The other issue is the ice maker hangs up and you have to tap the holder to get it dropping again. I like the visual see through glass along with the craft ice. The drawers should have the handles at the top instead of on the bottom so basically your almost reaching for the floor.

LG service had repairer come in and replaced th compressor on the refrigerator. After a day the refrigerator is still not working. I have been without a refrigerator for over 1 month and it is brand new. I am not happy with refrigerator or LG service.

I have had this product for a month now and it is super. The design is very sleek and the features it offers are incredible. The round ice is great for drinks and the see through door helps cut back on wasted energy. The LG ThinQ app is just another great feature to have when you want to be able to control your unit from anywhere.

This is a great for someone who doesn't want their fridge to be a giant smart phone in the kitchen. I highly recommend this beautiful designed appliance!
