At 1st it’s slow making ice but now I have more than enough ice. I love the instaview also I think that makes it sleek looking and love that there are no handles fit right through the door for delivery. The last fridge didn’t fit but I’m glad it didn’t cause I love this LG even more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my French door fridge. I really love how the side by side is laid out. It’s very deep inside so food is easily seen. The ice maker is an added bonus, it makes large large balls that melt slowly. It’s also very sleek and modern looking. Looks great in my new kitchen

I bought our new fridge when our old one went out in November. I was hesitant to get another LG because the other one had many problems. However, it was in stock and I liked the features. Other than the craft ice maker going out within 6 months, we have been pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG refrigerator is fine, but the installation/installers were a disaster. So much confusion, that it took 4 sets of 2 people/ 4 visits for the installation problem to be done, and at this time the water problem still isn't fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is less than 2 years old. Have had it serviced a couple of times. When it runs well, its good but shouldn't be breaking down that much. Getting online help (chat) is a huge hassle. Last go around I was dropped 3-4 times from the chat and overall took about 1 hour or more to resolve that I needed to bring in a technician.

As of today, this fridge has been ok. I love the picture view concept and I like the alert sound when the fridge has been open too long. The color is stunning. The value was fairly reasonable. The cons are not enough drawers or shelves in the freezer. And no handles to open it or close it.

Bought this fridge in 2021 with 3 year extended warranty. Good thing but didn’t matter after 5th year. Almost all the shelves broke or fell out if the door swung open to quickly breaking condiments jars. Then the ice ball maker went out got it replaced within 3 years warranty. Then recently this past week the entire fridge stop cooling/freezing causing us to lose $400 worth of fresh groceries. Had error code displayed ‘E-CH.’ looked it up could be a host of issues. Cost of repairs would have outweighed the cost of fridge its self. So we had to get it hauled off and replaced it with a new one. NOT LG this time!!

Looks beautiful and with great features. Delivered to home with dimensions just a bit too big. All is working well until a month into enjoying the refrigerator, the ice machine stop working. Went through diagnostic suggested and the had to get service repair. Order of parts and repair got delivered and done fast by LG service repair. So, to be fair, the refrigerator is only good at best for rating.

If you love ice cold drinks and milk, this is the frig for you. I thought the wouldn’t care about the craft ice maker but actually like the round ice balls. It is massive as well on both sides. Hopefully, it lasts because we love it so far.

I bought about a month ago and I love it! The different Ice options are great I personally love the chopped ice! It is spacious the things kept on the door stay as cold as the stuff on the shelves. Not to mention I can knock on the front of the door and look inside to see if I want something in there rather than stand there with door open.And this can connect to app where I can control the temperature of fridge make craft ice right from my couch
