[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 4 weeks ago and it hasn’t disappointed. It does what it’s supposed to do, keeping things cold. The craft ice maker is really cool too. The Instaview is nice, but not a must have.

I had my new custom cabinetry custom made based on LG specs. We found the LG fridge is bulging on the sides. LG tech and “engineers” declared it to be shipping damage. Hence…….. I am screwed. PEOPLE, check out any other brand BEFORE you buy this factory defect LG product. I had to pay the cabinet craftsman to widen the opening to fit the defective fridge.

Overall we are happy with our new fridge. The inside is spacious and has a nice look to it and the knock feature is fun. I am trying to figure out how to keep dust particles from adhering to the lower front and showing so much. I have also dumped 5 trays of ice balls and they still taste salty. Once we get these little things adjusted I am sure it will be perfect!

We are so happy with the LG refrigerator. It is quiet, solid and has more room than I anticipated. In prior side by sides I couldn't see anything in the drawers. It is easy to see everything and I really appreciate the viewing door as well as the large ice cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took almost 3 months and now i have frost built up in the freezer..its terrible..and the repair guy was rude, it like he didn't want to be here fixing my door which is still not working properly..

We purchased this fridge specifically for the craft ice feature. It’s a little loud and occasionally glitches. We were not aware the fridge needed to be updated. Customer support was less than supportive. We ended up having to replace the craft ice maker. It’s still a tad loud, but that’s just something we have to accept apparently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for about four months now. Everything works great except the icemakers. It has a door icemaker, and a craft ice maker. I’m having trouble with the craft icemaker. It pops loudly and no longer is it producing ice. The door icemaker seems to be slower than the previous LG refrigerator freezer that I had. I did call in and spoke to someone I think in the Philippines, which I had trouble understanding with the accent, and have no resolution at this time. I would like to have somebody come out and look at this unit so that I might enjoy it for years to come. So for me, the jury is out on the quality of this product. I have bought mini LG items in the past refrigerators, washer, dryers, etc..

I bought my LG a year ago. Overall I like it very much. Door ice maker failed to work once before the factory warranty. I called the LG and they sent a mechanic to install the parts. I have ice any time I need. Hope the ice maker won’t fail again. Also I purchased extra 2 years warranty. Hope next time it will cover all expenses.

I bought this refrigerator as my first owned and not just apart of a rental unit and it did not disappoint. I love the design. I love the knock feature and I enjoy the crafted ice. I will say the only disappointment I had is that the ice spheres do not look quite like they should. Not as clear as advertised or as round sometimes. But other than that it is a great purchase.

After having our fridge for 6 weeks, it stopped working. The repair man said the main board is bad. We haven’t had a fridge/freezer for 2 weeks now, and it’s still not fixed. I have 3 small children and it has been ridiculous not having a fridge. Never did I think that a fridge this expensive would be broken in 6 weeks. Not happy and would not buy this brand again.
