[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with product, custom ice maker broke within 1st 6 month's, LG sent me a new one and it was easy to install, don't really use the instaview but it was a feature that my wife wanted, water tasted funny at 1st, but fine now, would buy again.

I liked the style and look of this refrigerator and the storage room. At first I was concerned that it would not hold as much as my French door style but it has plenty of room. I have had it for a month and so far I am very happy. At first I had issues with the ice maker not producing so I contacted customer service and found them to be helpful and resolved the issue for me. So after a month of use I am happy with my purchase.

We are extremely pleased with our LG side-by-side “Instaview” refrigerator w/bottom freezer purchased a few months ago. Our favorite features are the ice cubes: slow melting ice craft, regular and crushed, as well as the knock twice to view contents of the frig. It’s aSouppie sleek, flat feature and it performs very well. I could not ask for a more reliable electronic in my kitchen. Thanks LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge and had it delivered. The first came and had a cooling issue. We were able to quickly get an exchange. The new one came and immediately started cooling. We were able to put food in the fridge within about 4 hours or so. Absolutely love the craft ice. Even my dogs do too :P I would highly recommend getting it! It’s really nice to tap on the glass and see what you need to get at the grocery store and save a bit more on the energy bill.

I bought this refrigerator as my first owned and not just apart of a rental unit and it did not disappoint. I love the design. I love the knock feature and I enjoy the crafted ice. I will say the only disappointment I had is that the ice spheres do not look quite like they should. Not as clear as advertised or as round sometimes. But other than that it is a great purchase.

The refrigerator works perfectly. It’s excellent on cooling for both the refrigerator and the freezer. The craft ice balls are excellent if you have a party and use this refrigerator for your bar area. The only downside to this refrigerator is that the ice maker that holds the ice is small and runs out of ice fast!!! I got seven or eight full cups of ice and it was already out. This would not work well for a family of four getting ice all the time. If you’re looking to use it for a home bar in the basement then it would work well(that’s what I’m using it for) but other than that it’s a excellent refrigerator

I have had this product for a month now and it is super. The design is very sleek and the features it offers are incredible. The round ice is great for drinks and the see through door helps cut back on wasted energy. The LG ThinQ app is just another great feature to have when you want to be able to control your unit from anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting to call customer service. One thing is there were several dents in the doors I would like to get taken care of. The other issue is the ice maker hangs up and you have to tap the holder to get it dropping again. I like the visual see through glass along with the craft ice. The drawers should have the handles at the top instead of on the bottom so basically your almost reaching for the floor.

Since day one this fridge did not work correctly. Keeps locking out features like ice maker and even getting water. Only makes 3 craft ice balls at a time and it takes a week for that to happen. If you want to use the features in the morning you have to do a reset every time it’s ridiculous. I will never buy LG items again.

It has lots of room and I really like the french doors it makes storing things and being able to find them so much easier. I would recommend this fridge. I did have an issue with the craft icemaker however LG fixed it within two days which was awesome.
