Bought this frig because I wanted a side by side with black stainless finish. While I found the knock on glass to be a con it was the only frig I could find that had my other prerequisite so we bought it. I’m not sure why anyone wants to see a bunch of condiment bottles thru the door but even when the light is off you can still see the bottles of stuff. I would have preferred all black stainless. I love the room in this frig/freezer and so far the ice maker is working well for us , I drink lots of ice water and when we had a crowd this past weekend it kept up! The craft ice is nice but I wish that it was just a backup ice maker! Seems like the frig is missing a drawer as I am used to a deli drawer a fruit and an additional veggie drawer and this frig has only two drawers but the shelf space is adequate for everything. I hated the last two freezers we had the drawer type and things got lost in the pile at the bottom and back of the freezer. So much happier with good ole side by side.

My spouse and I purchased t hi is LG approximately 1 yr. ago along with the stove. The knock knock feature initially caught my attention but after having the refrigerator for 2-3 months the novelty of knocking and see in the refrigerator wore off. I still love it and would highly recommend this product.

Have been very pleased, had some issues with the craft ice maker. But customer service was great and resolved the issue. Working fine now. Very happy with the appearance and function of everything else thank you.

I bought this about a mouth ago and its a great fridge. love the craft ice maker and the easy access door on the front which allows me to grab drinks or other things without letting too much of a cold air out and I love that the handles are inward instead of sticking out to save room.

I have had my new gorgeous fridge for a few weeks now so I’m still getting to know it lol . I still miss my deli draw but made it happen with containers on one of the shelves , so I can make anything work and move on but when you get water it does seem to drip and leave a water mark which is no big deal I wipe it but for some it might be a deal breaker . The craft ice is a huge winner for me I even put it in my glass of water -some have said it’s loud when making the ice but I get excited I have new ones waiting for me ! so far I like the shelving and drawers waiting on my first holiday to really test it’s abilities , the door shelves are deep and hold a lot which gives me more space on the inside shelves . So far very happy with my new fridge .

We had this refrigerator for a few weeks and it works well. Keeps the food cold and ice maker works well for me and my husband. The craft ice is a fun option and serves as back up ice if we use up the ice in the door. Best thing is the Print proof finish on the doors. Prints just wipe off with a soft cloth. And if you train yourself to just use the handles, you’ll never see a fingerprint. If I were to change anything I would add pull out shelves since they are deep and an option to have the water in the dispenser run automatically without holding the glass or pitcher If you have a high ice demand I would forego the craft ice for a larger ice maker.

Lots of organized space - glass front so I can see inside, and my FAVORTE feature: craft ice balls. These are wonderful for a good whiskey or just to make the kids' drinks fun. We did have an issue with the craft ice maker in January, but LG was quite prompt at sending us a replacement within 2 days, along with very easy instructions to replace it. Definitely a good purchase!

Bought this a month ago and broken out of the box. Fridge side doesn't cool to safe temperatures and the LCD disply is broken. After 2 dozen phone calls to India/Malaysia/Pakistan there might be a remote possibility of a refund, but that still remains to be seen. Used to be a big LG fan and have multiple other LG appliances, but because of the hassle I may consider other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A day after refrigerator arrived I noticed a panel on the top of it was missing, called the number given n the person n tech could not find it sooooo they sent out a tech n after him being on the phone with another guy they said it don't exist and left sooooo I went back to the store I purchased it from and took a picture of what they said doesn't exist. AMAZING

This fridge is a terriblly designed product. I have now had 2 of the bins that are behind the door completely fail and fall off. The first time it happened, it shattered one of my glass shelves inside the fridge, breaking that drawer as well. I also ended up losing about 20 of my bottles of miscellaneous condiments that were stored in the shelf as well as an entire drawer full of fruit. The only decent thing about this fridge is the ice balls, especially since you will need to drink heavily after this fridge continually fails to do its job.
