[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is less than 2 years old. Have had it serviced a couple of times. When it runs well, its good but shouldn't be breaking down that much. Getting online help (chat) is a huge hassle. Last go around I was dropped 3-4 times from the chat and overall took about 1 hour or more to resolve that I needed to bring in a technician.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this without me. I wasn’t sure I would like it but after having it for awhile I love it. It’s so big and roomy! I love the Craft ice balls. They last a lot longer then regular size ice cubes. I live in Arizona so having cold drinks is important. I use the air fryer in the oven a lot so it doesn’t heat up the kitchen. We are getting new cabinets in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait to see it all come together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item almost a year ago and have experienced issues in this short period of time. The first issue is the craft icemaker stopped making ice. The second issue is the a strange chemical smell.

We had owned a LG Refrigerator for 19 years, no problems. We downsized to a smaller home in July and decided to purchase new refrigerator. We blame both ourselves and the salesman for not reviewing the features more thoroughly. We weren’t told about the round ice balls, so surprised when they started to dispense (loudly and slowly), not a useful idea in our thinking. Opening the drawers from the bottom, very unhandy. The glass front looked nice, but we’re constantly having to wash the fingerprints off. Finding milk, orange juice, etc, do not get as cold if put on the shelves behind the glass front. To say the least very disappointed in this purchase.

a few years we bought a new refrigerator and all we ever had were problems first ice maker quit and then the freezer went out loosing 500 in food waste but this fridge we love very much and it so much better we love the side by side and its so big we can get so much more food in there and the instant view is awesome and the big ice balls are great you make a every good product and we look forward to years of woeking together

we bought this refrigerator in 2021 and loved it ...........until the control panel went out (yes, in less than 4 years) and that part is on back order with no predictable date to come in..........this happened the week before Thanksgiving! Please do not consider buying this refrigerator! very disappointed in the quality of this product and how long it lasted.

Bought this frig because I wanted a side by side with black stainless finish. While I found the knock on glass to be a con it was the only frig I could find that had my other prerequisite so we bought it. I’m not sure why anyone wants to see a bunch of condiment bottles thru the door but even when the light is off you can still see the bottles of stuff. I would have preferred all black stainless. I love the room in this frig/freezer and so far the ice maker is working well for us , I drink lots of ice water and when we had a crowd this past weekend it kept up! The craft ice is nice but I wish that it was just a backup ice maker! Seems like the frig is missing a drawer as I am used to a deli drawer a fruit and an additional veggie drawer and this frig has only two drawers but the shelf space is adequate for everything. I hated the last two freezers we had the drawer type and things got lost in the pile at the bottom and back of the freezer. So much happier with good ole side by side.

I liked the style and look of this refrigerator and the storage room. At first I was concerned that it would not hold as much as my French door style but it has plenty of room. I have had it for a month and so far I am very happy. At first I had issues with the ice maker not producing so I contacted customer service and found them to be helpful and resolved the issue for me. So after a month of use I am happy with my purchase.

Bought a few months ago and the ice maker has been nothing short of maddening. Forget the long amounts of time wasted on getting help over the phone and through chat. The ice maker has made my life miserable. The repairman was a week wait, he came in and said they have had tons of issues with these and simply replaced it. Of course the new one is no better. I have to reset the thing just to get it to turn over and dump the 8 small cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Jan 2022. Have had 2-3 craft ice makers, 1 reg ice maker, amd a mother board installed. I lost a freezer full of food as well as the refrigerator. Now they say a compressor is bad. CO has been out here twice and canceled today's appt.
