[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator does not produce enough ice for a family of 6. We are always having to use the ice balls in the evening, and some go without ice for supper. Therefore no ice for evening beverage. Old standup refrigerator produced so much more ice. Given three stars because I’m in the south and ice is pretty necessary to have cold drinks and water.

We purchased this LG Side By Side Refrigerator in Black Stainless About 3 weeks ago and so far, absolutely "Love It". We're so surprised at how much room it has inside! It takes some getting used to with the bottom handle drawers and that the bottom draw sticks out - sometimes I think I left it open, but it just gives you so much more room! Lots of Door Storage and it's neat that you can "Knock - Knock" and see what's in the upper part of the door. The Freezer Section is laid out nicely. We lose some space in the freezer for the Craft Ice (Ice Balls) but well worth is to us!!!

Well I've had the fridge almost a month now and it is a great addition to my kitchen. I love the craft ice although it does take a while for it to make. The regular ice maker seems to have a hard time keeping up with demand but it has been quite hot lately so demand has been high. Also like the black stainless steel because magnets don't stick to it . Lots of room inside and the water filter is a snap to change out. Still trying to get used to not having protruding handles on the doors but these things take time. All in all I am quite satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this one when our other LG died. We love the knock window but the fingerprints on the glass are stubborn. We also purchased the Stainless with the fingerprint guard however we get a lot of fingerprints.

Its awesome, holds ALOT more than the old side by sides. I never thought id buy one but i HIGHLY recommend it/The freezer is very spacious/No more digging in the drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for about four months now. Everything works great except the icemakers. It has a door icemaker, and a craft ice maker. I’m having trouble with the craft icemaker. It pops loudly and no longer is it producing ice. The door icemaker seems to be slower than the previous LG refrigerator freezer that I had. I did call in and spoke to someone I think in the Philippines, which I had trouble understanding with the accent, and have no resolution at this time. I would like to have somebody come out and look at this unit so that I might enjoy it for years to come. So for me, the jury is out on the quality of this product. I have bought mini LG items in the past refrigerators, washer, dryers, etc..

When I received my refrigerator, it was plugged in and worked. On the third day, the light wouldn’t come on and water was all over the floor of my kitchen. When I contacted LG, I have been given the run around and no one has been out to see about my refrigerator yet. LG DOES NOT stand by its products nor the consumers who purchase their products!!!

We love our LG refrigerator. It looks nice, keeps food cold and fresh and love the see through door. Unfortunately one of the reasons we bought this model was for the craft icemaker and we have had issues with it. It worked fine for about 4 months but since then it has not ejected the ice balls properly and then it attempts to refill the molds and water ends up spilling into the ice tray and freezing. We are having the refrigerator serviced next week and hopefully that will fix the issue.

Looks great and the glass see-thru side is really cool. It makes a load of ice quickly, and it also makes really unique ice balls (for mixed drinks) with a separate ice maker drawer. Great price and great reviews we checked thoroughly before buying this beast. We are completely satisfied.
