I bought this last December. And if one gallon of milk is put on the door basket, it falls and knocks off all the other baskets. Wel we quit using that shelf, now the second door basket / shelf is doing the same. It fell, broke the produce basket, and the glass top. FAULTY DESIGN ON THE DOOR BASKETS!! They just fall off!!

It takes a long time to make ice initially, but now I have plenty of craft ice. It is just me and my husband, so I'm waiting to see if there's enough ice for a party.

We followed the instructions and replaced the filters several times, but the water tastes like medicine (chemical). It has been a year. Now we learned to throw away a half gallon of water every time and every day before the medicine-taste goes away! I think this is a common and known issue to similar LG refrigerators because we had the same experience with all LG refrigerators that we found in the airBnB rental homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like everything about the fridge BUT LG designed flawed system to hold door/bins. When we shut the doors bins/shelves fall off the shallow/small mounts. Everything comes crashing down. Either redo the molds for the bins to be a few millimeters wider or redesign the mounts. I've submitted a warranty claim to see how LG will handle this.

Love this refrigerator! My last one ran all the time. So quiet and cavernous. I literally was able to combine 2 refrigerators into one! Love the craft ice. I use it for everything and love how it keeps drink cold without dilluting them. I use the knock knock feature to quickly look inside to make my shopping list.

With a quick conversation online, the replacement ice maker was sent, along with very simple install instructions. In addition, a new water filter was also sent, all free of charge.

I love that it makes two separate ice cubes! I believe that’s my favorite part! Yes it’s cool that you can knock and the light comes on, but honestly I think I’ve only done that once since having it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this frig. Just a couple of design suggestions: Draw handles should be on the top not the bottom. The draws are at the very bottom of the frig and this design is awkward. Also, the bottom draw of the frig side is to tight. In my house, there is a wall on that side, the only way to open the draw is to have the door open all the way and I can not open it.
