Sams online showed this fridge being deliver in about a week . My fridge is now showing it will be almost a month .lies!! buy somewhere else

Bought this a month ago. Layout is cumbersome, it would be nice to be able to adjust the shelf height. The craft ice only makes about 3 balls a day, but ok to save for parties. The interior looks a little cheap, but as long as it works right? Well, that’s the rest of the story. 1 month in, the freezer got warm, followed by the fridge a couple of days later whilst we waited for a service call. The diagnostics on the app were telling me that everything was working perfectly. When the service engineer came, he told us that both compressors had completely stopped working and that the connectivity wasn’t functioning properly. Basically, the entire workings of the refrigerator need to be replaced after 1 month. Luckily, the company we bought it from is willing to take it back and give a complete refund. They totally understand that we have lost all faith in the product.

Been installed now for 2 months and I just love it! It features much more freezer space than the French door fridge I had for a decade. Plus this has 2 ice makers.. one for crushed or normal block ice.. and it also makes ice balls perfect for anything on the rocks. The other benefit to the big ball ice is that it melts very slowly so it keeps drinks cold for hours. Max amount of ice balls made per day is between 3 and 6. The water filter is SO easily accessible and easy to replace! Big thumbs up! This fridge makes no noise while sitting there, but does make some noise when new ice balls are dropped or new ice is dropped into the crusher. A brief read through the manual allows you to easily learn how to operate all the options. The ice maker is easily turned on and off by pressing a button inside of the fridge so you can make sure if you leave town for long periods that the fridge doesn’t make ice to be wasted. I’m extremely happy with this buy!

So many amazing features and cool options on this fridge. Pictures don't do it justice it really is a nice looking appliance. Two ice options, self cleaning water dispenser. Insta-view to see all of the food items. Now why did I give it a 3 star rating. Simple. Poor design. Why on earth did LG decide to place the lock button on the inside of a fridge where ice and water is dispensed on the outside. This means one has to open and close the fridge twice to unlock ( close to dispense, reopen , lock and close) So if you have children and want lockout access. DO-NOT-BUY-THIS -MODEL. For the price and all of the options included I am astounded on such a poor choice. How hard would it be to put a lock button or hold ice/water button for 3 sec to lock!?!!? Second to make it worse its a smart fridge and even in the app you can't lock out the dispensers. If they come out with a software fix this will be a 4 1/2 star. I can't give it five because why put on an Instaview without the Instadoor and outside ice/water ( no option exists in this price range to get the door)

This refrigerator is ok, I honestly don't like, other people might like it but don't, the craft ice stopped working for a while and now it's working fine again, the refrigerator arrived with small dents inside the the fridge area on the side, but we didn't didn't noticed until we started paying attention to details. I had several people including my self smash their toes while opening the door since its just so low to the floor. It has no bar handles, or at least a vertical ledge to grab on to, so if your not paying attention you'll slam the door close or open while seeking for the handle. One of door trays broke as if it was made of paper, well the entire refrigerator seems very very fragile and has many features that don't make sense. It does have very good space, but, that's about all..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the frige several months and it arrive on tine! Unfortunately the water valve got stuck couldn’t dispense water or ice. Got it replaced through 3rd contractor with no charge! The frige is working very well, nice cold, water and ice dispense, you can control with the App, it a great big purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The circle ice is amazing. They do fall hard in the ice bin to the point that I was in the kitchen and when they fell I jumped. It only make 3 per day I can change the setting but haven’t figured that out yet.

We have had the unit for about 20 months and we love it and all the great features and options, When they work right. We really like the see thru door and tap to turn on the light. And the craft ice balls are super for drinks. But we had the craft ice maker replaced twice under warranty before we got it to work right. And just recently the whole unit stopped working with no power at all. It was traced to a bad freezer fan and bad power board and was replaced with no charge due to problems with them. Overall we really love it but only time will tell if it lasts. I am cautiously hopeful!

We have been very satisfied with our new LG refrigerator and the large capacity it offers. The door space is especially nice since it keeps condiments from cluttering up the shelves. We have one complaint which although may not be important to others it is to us. There is no way to keep vegetables fresh! The drawers are not temp controlled and I have had to throw out more fresh veggies than with any other fridge. Even our fruit goes bad much quicker than normal. If there are any suggestions to help keep vegetables fresh we would greatly appreciate it since this is our first fridge to every own without temp controlled drawers. Lastly, not sure why there is no longer lunchmeat drawers but almost all the refrigerators we looked at no longer had them! Ended up purchasing a storage drawer to hold lunchmeat and cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator but The top shelf on the door fell off and broke. It had fallen once before but I was able to catch it and thought it was just a one time incident. Now I have a refrigerator that has a broken shelf and I’ve only owned it for one month. I will be calling customer service to see if they will send me a replacement shelf that actually fits the door. I love every other feature of the refrigerator so far I hope this is only a solo incident.
