Only 4 stars because I still cannot figure out Shabbat mode. YouTube press and hold freezer and water filter buttons simultaneously did not work. Annoyed. Craft Ice maker is super cool. I wish I understood all the temp settings to utilize them more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge works like a fridge, seemed to take a long time to cool down even with preloading it with frozen food and some ice bags to get it going. Regular and craft ice took a long time to start production but seems to be going ok now. Nobody seems to really use the knock door, would have been better off getting the one with the camera so we could check the fridge while shopping. Working on a problem with the door bins falling out with LG, so we will see how good their warranty is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this refrigerator I loved it however the year later the refrigerator is no longer working properly only freeze ice about once a day and trying to get it repaired or replaced has been a total disaster

Going on a month now & it seems to be working just fine. Having the window has been fun, & of course the ice & water dispenser. I'm not happy with the taste of the water yet. I'm hoping it'll eventually be toy liking. The ice has seemed to taste reasonable. I put a thermometer in the door with a remote sensor in the freezer side. The fridge is set at 37 but the temp never gets below 42 in the door. But if I put the sensor in the back it's right at 37°. So the door usually sits around 44°. The freezer is right on 0° thru-out. Should I be concerned about the door temp where we keep milk?

Also it’s side by door freezer ones and regular on the other love. I recommend this refrigerator to everyone.

We bought the first one and loved it so much, had so many compliments on it from friends and family. Everyone loves the sleek, clean and modern look of the refrigerator. They love the knock knock door to look into the refrigerator without opening the door. But what blows everyone’s mind is the two separate ice makers; one on the freezer door that you can fill your glass from- either cubes or crushed ice, and then the Craft ice inside the freezer that are round orbs of ice that everyone wants in their glass to drink from! The spacious interior provides lots of room to put my refrigerated items in and the drawers never allow my produce to freeze or feel wet. The clear shelves make it easy to inventory everything in the refrigerator and freezer for food preparation or creating a shopping list. And clean up is a breeze inside with just a wipe down throughout the refrigerator and freezer sections. When we sold our house this refrigerator was quite the incentive for the buyer along with our other LG appliances. When we bought our new home we made sure to order this exact model and had it delivered! We love this side by side refrigerator!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this Nov 30.2021. This frig is a great fit for our kitchen. It has plenty of room for all of our cold foods and drinks. Its great for the grandkids, they can view the drinks without having to open the door. Very pleased with the performance of this product.

We have had the unit for about 20 months and we love it and all the great features and options, When they work right. We really like the see thru door and tap to turn on the light. And the craft ice balls are super for drinks. But we had the craft ice maker replaced twice under warranty before we got it to work right. And just recently the whole unit stopped working with no power at all. It was traced to a bad freezer fan and bad power board and was replaced with no charge due to problems with them. Overall we really love it but only time will tell if it lasts. I am cautiously hopeful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like everything about the fridge BUT LG designed flawed system to hold door/bins. When we shut the doors bins/shelves fall off the shallow/small mounts. Everything comes crashing down. Either redo the molds for the bins to be a few millimeters wider or redesign the mounts. I've submitted a warranty claim to see how LG will handle this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has the capacity that we were looking for and both the door ice and drink also with the craft ice in the freezer. However we had trouble with the craft ice overflowing the forms and creating a ice block in the tray. Service came within two days to repair it. But the problem still happens and we are awaiting the return of the service man with a new unit.
