I am so very disappointed in this fridge. It was delivered today. Loaded up the fridge and all the salad dressings, bottles, mustard bottle etc. are viewable even when the interior light is not on. What I thought was going to be a sleek clean look now looks junky because you can see everything that is in the bins/ shelving through the “knock” panel. I am very upset. One photo is with the “ knock” light on and one photo is with the light off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fridge. Need the shelf on top of the top drawer as a jar fell on it and cracked it. Only 4 stars because I still cannot figure out Shabbat mode. YouTube press and hold freezer and water filter buttons simultaneously did not work. Annoyed. Craft Ice maker is super cool. I wish I understood all the temp settings to utilize them more.

We have had our unit for about 2 years now and when it was originally delivered the door was damaged so a new unit was swapped out. Then we had some problems with the craft ice not working all the time. After 2 replacements we got it working. Now we woke up and it was totally dead. The freezer fan was shorted out which disabled the power supply, So the fan was replaced under warranty and it's working again. There are many useful features like craft ice and tap to turn on the light but I wonder just how many bells and whistles you really need. The fact it is connected to our network is great for checking out the unit and testing to make sure it is working properly. I really like it but I think the warranty should be reset if there is an issue until it can go a full year without any problems. I'm just saying if a company stands behind a product then it shouldn't be a problem and might just make it so products are built to a higher standard. I'm just saying!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this frig. Just a couple of design suggestions: Draw handles should be on the top not the bottom. The draws are at the very bottom of the frig and this design is awkward. Also, the bottom draw of the frig side is to tight. In my house, there is a wall on that side, the only way to open the draw is to have the door open all the way and I can not open it.

Was wanting a side by side for ease of use (since I don't bend well having everything I want at just the right height is awesome. Needed more space capacity, check. Needed more ice capacity, check. With the indoor ice feature and the craft ice I am finally set. Love it. Double knock on the door, light comes on and can easily see what's in the top part of the fridge without having to open the door which is very much a plus on hot humid days. Have it set up on the ThinQ app so I am confident I will be aware of any issues like when to order the next water filter! Very happy with this purchase. For me, this is the fridge I was waiting for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this model because it has a lot of useful features. We really like the Craft Ice. It makes nearly perfect ice globes that melt much slower and are nearly crystal clear. And we still have the regular ice. Having the ability to see inside the fridge by just tapping on the front glass panel twice is a real useful feature and makes it so we are not standing in front of an open door looking for something. It took me quite a while to get it leveled and get the doors even. But I eventually got it just right. I had a very difficult time getting the freezer door adjusted at first. It would seal at the top and bottom but not in the middle but once I got it very close I left it alone for a couple of days and it eventually sealed all the way.

We have had the unit for about 20 months and we love it and all the great features and options, When they work right. We really like the see thru door and tap to turn on the light. And the craft ice balls are super for drinks. But we had the craft ice maker replaced twice under warranty before we got it to work right. And just recently the whole unit stopped working with no power at all. It was traced to a bad freezer fan and bad power board and was replaced with no charge due to problems with them. Overall we really love it but only time will tell if it lasts. I am cautiously hopeful!

Only 5 years old and on 3rd water pump. Also had water leaking in refrigerator. Turns out the plastic reservoir bottle to cool the water being dispenser cracked wide open. To buy new parts costs 15% of what a new refrigerator. Costs. What a joke!!!
