Love the refrigerator with the freezer on one side and edge to edge Instaview for easy view inside with out opening the door. This refrigerator makes my house look even more modern. Especially when I serving more then one guess and need extra ice with the dual ice maker with craft ice give plenty and plus the draft round ice makes it look really cool.

We did several weeks of research. This unit has two icemakers. One of them does not require you to open the door it dispenses crushed ice, hole cubes and cold water. The ice cubes are on the small side but I don’t find it to be a problem, there’s plenty of room in the fridge and the freezer as the ice machine is in the door. The craft ice option is so cool! There are no handles on the exterior as the doors are completely flush with the unit. that saves a lot of space in a small area. We absolutely love it so far!

This refrigerator has been a nice addition to our home. I like the controls and easy access to items stored within. I like the added features like the craft ice. Having said that, the craft ice feature failed and had to be replaced. The replacement was taken care of in short order and very professionally.

You can fit a gallon milk on any drawer. The door shelves are deep and spacious. Craft ice maker is fantastic. I Love everything about it.

I bought this to replace previous French Door that had ice maker that stopped working properly after first year. Main objective was to not have indoor icemaker that was housed in refrigerator section. I thought I would have to give up in door water and ice, then I saw this side by side that at first glance looks like a four door. Knock twice on the glass panel of the refrigerated side and see what is inside. No electronics to worry about. Looks very GI tech. Has ice maker in the four of the freezer - but wait- it also has an ice maker in the freezer that makes craft ice. Big round balls of ice. Fun feature. So far so good.

Side by side feature….deep shelves…great consistent cooling on both sides….door in door feature for those frequently used fridge items….ice/water dispenser….smudge proof outside finish….very quiet….energy efficient. A feature that I really like that was not a buying point for me is Craft Ice. I use it more than I thought I would. Only drawback for me at this point in ownership is there are no baskets for food in the freezer. It would be very helpful to able to pull out a basket of some food rather than a loose pile of frozen food. Overall pleased with my purchase. A good price for a excellent appliance. Set up was right on time, done professionally, and old fridge hauled away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were in the market for a new fridge and we researched everything. The LG was a perfect match! The side-by-side was intriguing as we were replacing a French door style. One of our concerns was if the freezer would hold a frozen pizza-and it does! The roominess on both sides have been optimal. The transparent door really makes one “keep it neat “ and we have a really good looking interior, if I say so myself! We have been very pleased with the standard ice and the craft ice, kinda fancy!! We would certainly recommend this fridge and are very pleased we purchased it!

Fridge works good. Ice ball maker makes ice balls with a flat spot but they are still good quality ice. Space and features are good. Primary ice maker looks small at first but makes ice fast. Ability to monitor refrigerator works good. Price did not include all needed accessories for the fridge to work so price jumped $300.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just opened the box to our new fridge and the water dispenser is stuck on cubed ice. It won’t change to water or crushed ice. Sensor must be bad. Can’t get anyone from LG to help. Been a frustrating mess!!

For our space the refrigerator was too big and we returned it. We also didn't like the see through window - it never went completely back and we could see the jars in the door. You can't clearly see what's on the shelves, and it's not attractive to see the door contents. However, there is a lot of storage - it would be great for families. And the craft ice maker is an awesome feature!
