a few years we bought a new refrigerator and all we ever had were problems first ice maker quit and then the freezer went out loosing 500 in food waste but this fridge we love very much and it so much better we love the side by side and its so big we can get so much more food in there and the instant view is awesome and the big ice balls are great you make a every good product and we look forward to years of woeking together

This refrigerator worked wonderful for all of sudden it stopped working. The service man came out and worked on it. Then two weeks later it went out altoghether. The service man came and replaced compressor and another unit. It has worked beautifully since then, but I lost around $200 to $300 dollars worth of food. I was not happy about this.

This has saved us from them opening it up to see what’s inside a bunch of times. Love the craft ice feature to make my cocktail drinks a little fancier. Would definitely recommend this fridge.

I love how deep the shelved are, i can put a large aluminum pan into the refrigerator. I love the craft Ice, it gives guest the feeling of high class drinking. Also, the vegetables trays are really deep and contain a lot of food. It was my main reason for buying it because I am vegan. And lastly the glamorous front tap door is a great upgrade to my kitchen. The refrigater is great the best I have owned food stays at a great temperature effortlessly.

The only problem I have with it is the craft icemaker, which had to be replaced, and was easy to install the new one. The warrantee is also great. Having two ice makers is a fantastic idea and is the reason I bought this particular refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for just over 6 months. Minor water filter issues which was easily scheduled and fixed. Ice maker works great. Craft Ice is a bonus, though not fully rounded but pretty close. Super quiet and the price was reasonable. Plenty of room for all our food. We really love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great concept with the craft ice maker. It is the reason we purchased LG. Unfortunately like with any new idea and product their are some shortfalls and bugs to work out. The Craft ice maker freezes up constantly and will not dump ice balls out. Water tries to fill again and overflows into ice bin making a solid ice block. Finally the ice maker broke after only 3 months because the mechanism that vibrates and bangs (very loud every night) to loosen the ice couldn’t break the iced up tray in order to dump the ice balls into the bin. Would not buy again. Maybe they will perfect it in the couple years. LG has come out and replaced the craft ice maker under warranty but I assume since its the same model ice maker it will continue with the same problems. Read many reviews with this same issue.

The knock on window feature is kinda fun, but the fun wears off in a couple of weeks. It takes more than a couple of days for the fridge to regulate the temperature, but once it cools fine. It feels a little cramped on the fridge side, lacks dairy and cold cut trays. If I'd noticed this at time of purchase I would have chosen a different model. Ice maker and freezer are great. Love the UV light and the easy to see lighted dial on the ice/water dispenser. Overall I'd rate it a 7.5, but if it last 10 years change it to 8.5. Purchase date. Jun/2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my purchase for the most part! The knock screen feature is a MUST for anyone with kids. The ice maker options are also super cool, I love my round ice! Only thing that stinks is my freezer seal is defective and I am waiting on my replacement. Hopefully the new one won’t do the same thing.

We purchased this fridge specifically for the craft ice feature. It’s a little loud and occasionally glitches. We were not aware the fridge needed to be updated. Customer support was less than supportive. We ended up having to replace the craft ice maker. It’s still a tad loud, but that’s just something we have to accept apparently.
