[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought LG ref for the firsr time because I like the features. Mine was delivered Dec. 8 of 2023. But after the setup I did not check everything. The following day we noticed some icy part inside the freezer and the left side of the door was un-even so we disconnected it. I get in touched with the store where I purchased and so with LG tech suppport. I followed the basic troubleshooting. It is working but the part that I was complaining is still un- even or not perfectly aligned. The tech support mentioned that I need to replace the entire door. I even contacted the store but did not give me any solution to my complain. Both the store and LG did not helped me. So I rest my case and charged it to experoence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG refrigerator is fine, but the installation/installers were a disaster. So much confusion, that it took 4 sets of 2 people/ 4 visits for the installation problem to be done, and at this time the water problem still isn't fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new fridge works great, very spacious and I like the neat round ice craft ice balls. At 1st it’s slow making ice but now I have more than enough ice. I love the instaview also I think that makes it sleek looking and love that there are no handles fit right through the door for delivery. The last fridge didn’t fit but I’m glad it didn’t cause I love this LG even more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for just over 6 months. Minor water filter issues which was easily scheduled and fixed. Ice maker works great. Craft Ice is a bonus, though not fully rounded but pretty close. Super quiet and the price was reasonable. Plenty of room for all our food. We really love it.

This is a great fridge! I love a side by side as that style freezer works best for me organizationally. It opens similar to a feench door, which is great as the doors swing widely to allow access. It was so easy or organize and easy to see what you have. I LOVE the knock twice refrigerator view drawer, as my son can do that now to see what we have instead of standing there with the door open all the time. The ice and water dispenser on the door is brighter and easier to read than most - and a good design for selecting options. We also love the craft ice balls. Really nice upgrade. Highly recommend - super happy with it!

Bought refrigerator less than a year ago. Ice maker died but once we scheduled the warrantied repair, it literally took 5 minutes to swap out the bad with the new. Do we really need craft ice? Gimmicky for a party. Do we really need to knock on the door to see what's inside? The grandkids enjoyed playing with it for about three knocking occasions. The "UVnano" light on the ice/water dispenser is questionable and am still not sure of its importance. Verdict: keep the fun ice but ditch the knocking on the door and eerie light feature. Every time a new part is installed, the warranty for that part should start anew.

I bought this to match the other LG appliances that came with my newly built home and after a few problems figuring out all the bells and whistles, I am so happy with this frig! Much larger capacity than I imagined and the water and ice dispenser is a life saver.

I bought this model about 6 months ago to replace my 20+ old side by side. It is sleek, works well, and LG customer service is easy to reach. I needed help on something simple related to set up and they were great. The one thing to be aware or is that the shelves cannot be adjusted, except for the refrigerator top shelf. The spacing accommodates what most people would store, but it does not allow for moving up and down.

I bought this about a mouth ago and its a great fridge. love the craft ice maker and the easy access door on the front which allows me to grab drinks or other things without letting too much of a cold air out and I love that the handles are inward instead of sticking out to save room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the ice makers and the ability to check on the device with my phone. I do wish I could buy another drawer to insert. We had to improvise with some cheap options. I also wish the filter lasted longer.
