[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my LG side by side for about two months now. I love a lot of the features with this fridge. Side by side feature….deep shelves…great consistent cooling on both sides….door in door feature for those frequently used fridge items….ice/water dispenser….smudge proof outside finish….very quiet….energy efficient. A feature that I really like that was not a buying point for me is Craft Ice. I use it more than I thought I would. Only drawback for me at this point in ownership is there are no baskets for food in the freezer. It would be very helpful to able to pull out a basket of some food rather than a loose pile of frozen food. Overall pleased with my purchase. A good price for a excellent appliance. Set up was right on time, done professionally, and old fridge hauled away.

I love how sturdy and heavy the fridge feels. The most important feature; the food stays cold as it should. The craft ice maker is not what we were expecting (waiting for a repair person to take a look at it). It is loud, the ice balls are not round, and often they stick to the ice tray. The knocking feature to illuminate the fridge through the door is an unnecessary feature for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator so far, only had it a month. Works good the only thing I would say is the craft ice balls aren’t really “craft ice” it’s not clear ice, good amount of bubbles in there. It more like regular ice in a different shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where you love the double tap door so we do not have to open and close so much they ask maker is definitely a plus all the way around sometimes there’s a little water left at the dispenser could be something that we are doing wrong not sure yet but everything in our house as a LG product how are you like now is getting a washing machine? Is our goal Our dishwasher our stove our refrigerator our TVs our dryer for our clothes is all LG products relax one item that is a washing machine maybe if I win the $500 that will go toward a new washer machine we love LG products they cost a little more but they are worth the wait and they cost !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this without me. I wasn’t sure I would like it but after having it for awhile I love it. It’s so big and roomy! I love the Craft ice balls. They last a lot longer then regular size ice cubes. I live in Arizona so having cold drinks is important. I use the air fryer in the oven a lot so it doesn’t heat up the kitchen. We are getting new cabinets in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait to see it all come together!

Have been very pleased, had some issues with the craft ice maker. But customer service was great and resolved the issue. Working fine now. Very happy with the appearance and function of everything else thank you.

despite installation problem--2 teams refused to do it--it is a great fooler--looks like an armoire, but is side-by-side. Love the 3 kinds of custom ice, and the stairstep like drawers, which gives you a chance to put something down while getting something else. Use the view door to put my most used items, like milk, yogurt, butter and PowerAde--plus an Alexa shopping list built in

As of today, this fridge has been ok. I love the picture view concept and I like the alert sound when the fridge has been open too long. The color is stunning. The value was fairly reasonable. The cons are not enough drawers or shelves in the freezer. And no handles to open it or close it.

I bought my LG a year ago. Overall I like it very much. Door ice maker failed to work once before the factory warranty. I called the LG and they sent a mechanic to install the parts. I have ice any time I need. Hope the ice maker won’t fail again. Also I purchased extra 2 years warranty. Hope next time it will cover all expenses.
