I bought this fridge two months ago. I connected this fridge to the ThinQ app. I am able to control the fridge via the phone app. I like craft ice. The fridge is reliable. I like the InstaView feature a lot. I have a lot of space in the fridge to put different items. One thing that can be improved is that LG can add support for HomeKit, Google Home, and Alexa. Currently, I am not able to use voice control that much. Just Alexa can turn on/off the ice plus.

I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. I like how the space is laid inside and how good it looks. You got 2 ice makers and a lot of space. The instaview feature is a nice and handy add. If you buy it I recommend to use the LG app ThinQ to get the best experience. Now there are things that can improve; 1. The top shelf in the refrigerator side was really difficult and scary to remove (glass) (and yes I read and follow the instructions.) All other shelf's work fine. 2. In the ThinQ app you can control the craft ice maker but can't do the same for the door ice maker. It will be great to have this in the app to. 3. It will be great to have an actual freezer and refrigerator temperature reading in the app. 4. You can only program 1 wifi connection for this refrigerator. If you try to program a new connection the last one is erased.

Our new LG Fridge has been operational for almost 3 months. It is a great refrigerator and we thoroughly enjoy its features, quality and look. Our only challenge is that we cannot the taste of the water and ice to not taste metallic and like medicine. We performed the flushing and cleaning as the owners manual and the website presented, We have not been able to resolve this matter. Otherwise, a great refrigerator and we expect for it to work as wonderfully as our other LG applicances and electronics throughout our home. Thank you,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we really love this refrigerator. Lots of room inside, especially for a side-by-side. The knock-knock window feature is a nice quick and easy way to see inside to check for items. The inside door ThinQ panel makes changing settings very simple and easy. Love the ability to have craft ice as well as regular ice cubes ready to go. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star review is because the craft ice maker stopped working just a few months after purchase. Thankfully the LG chat site was very responsive and sent out another ice-maker, which was very easy to install. It was just annoying that the craft ice maker didn’t work for very long. Otherwise, this is a great fridge and I would definitely recommend it.

Bought this in April and enjoy most of the features. Opening shelves should have a marking where to grab shelf to open. I forget it's on bottom and the lower one is a far bend on the knees to open. Also changing from ice to water sometimes does work fast enough. Overall, it's a very nice appliance and looks modern and different.

I bought this to match the other LG appliances that came with my newly built home and after a few problems figuring out all the bells and whistles, I am so happy with this frig! Much larger capacity than I imagined and the water and ice dispenser is a life saver.

I have had this fridge for 2 months and I love it. I love the ice and water dispenser and I really love the fact that you can tap on the glass fridge door to turn and the ight on and see what's inside without having to open the door, thus saving energy and my electriv bill. I haven't found a use of the Wi-Fi capability yet. I do really like the large capacity.

Wonderful refrigerator. Like the tap feature even though we don't use it very often. We do love the round ice. We use it all the time. The only issue we had was we had to go online and update the ice machine as it quit making ice. We didn't know we had to do that until we contacted LG. It wasn't in the owners manual.
