[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new LG because of the past excellent experience with this Company. The new refrigerator has lots of room compared to the old one. Because of kitchen size restrictions, we were limited to a counter depth, but this fridge has the capacity of a full-size refrigerator. No handles on the doors means there is now extra floor space to get past it. Controlling the temps and Icemakers with the Thin Q app is super easy and convenient. Love my new LG.

Overall this is a nice, spacious refrigerator. It's a bit deeper than standard "counter depth," so if you're looking for something sleek to match standard counters, this one will stick out a few inches from the surrounding counters and cabinets. The capacity is MASSIVE, it's well-organized, and the WiFi connectivity is nice. One major annoyance is the door open alarm. It starts beeping at you after 30 seconds, which is definitely not enough time to load groceries from a shopping trip, and there's no way to turn it off or change the duration. Maybe this is something that can be added in the ThinQ app later as an update, but for now, it's infuriating and we considered possibly returning the unit just for this annoyance alone.

Runs quietly and efficiently. However I don’t like that there are no handles on the door, which means you either have to bend down to reach the bottom of the door or reach up to the top of the door to open the refrigerator. Also, I found the shelf height difficult to adjust with limited options to adjust shelf height.

We replaced our old side by side with this refrigerator and so glad we did. Both the refrigerator and freezer hold more than our other refrigerator. It is sleek looking and I love that there is a flat bottom to the water system so it is easy to keep clean. the special drawer keeps deli meat and cheeses fresh for longer. Love that we made this purchase.

We bought this refrigerator to replace a competitor product that had a fundamental design flaw. We could not be more pleased so far. The unit is quite spacious with many options for storage. It appears to maintain a consistent temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer. We've been enjoying the multiple types of ice - whether the convenience of the in door ice, the novelty of the craft ice in our drinks or the benefit of the mini-ice for when we load up bottles before a long bike ride. Plus the unit is incredibly quiet, especially compared to our previous refrigerator. Two things to note is that it takes a few days to get used to the lack of handles and that one side of the refrigertor stays warm, thus warming the pantry next to the refrigerator a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned an LG counter depth in my previous home. The existing refrigerator in my new home needed replacement. I again needed counter depth and saw LG now offers a counter depth with full capacity. The counter max was a great choice for me. I'm pleased with the increased capacity. The model I purchased happens to offer 4 types of ice; crushed, cubed, craft, and mini cube. While I purchased the model for the capacity, I'm really enjoying the mini cube and craft ice. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's a clear upgrade from either of my previous units.

I have had my refrigerator over a month now and it is great. I love the 4 kinds of ice as well as the forced cold air on the products in the door! I like the french door so I can place trays and other oversized dishes on the shelves. Having hidden door openers above the freezer is great as I have a tight space and didn't like protruding door handles. Also nice is the locking door handle to open the freezer. Little hands cannot accidently open the freezer!

Things I don't care for...the long produce door which means that we have to open both doors to pull out this drawer. The freezer has two pull out drawers, one holds two ice bins so its limited to using for other items and the other doesn't have much height so again its limited to what can go there. Otherwise the rest of the space is like a bottomless pit. Lastly, trying to adjust the settings gets complicated since there's not a easy to read manual with simply how to instructions. We're still trying to figure out the temperature control adjustment and getting the refrigerator balanced so it doesn't wiggle when closing the doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful fridge, all the bells and whistles you want without going overboard. I am not a fan of the refrigerators that have clear windows in the front, this is elegant and we have received numerous compliments on it. Not having the handles cuts down on the size and it reduces fingerprints too. Having multiple types of ice is actually super nice, the craft ice is great with drinks and the mini ice is awesome with big bottles of water. Five stars for sure.
