Hi Gloria F! Thank you for your review and for choosing LG again! We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the design features of your new LG LRYXC2606S refrigerator, specifically the sleek counter-depth finish, the no-handle design, the extra sliding freezer shelf, and the deeper door bins. It is great to know these features are making storage more convenient for you. We also love that the approach lighting on the handles adds a modern touch to your kitchen! We appreciate your feedback regarding the adjustable shelves and the door open alarm functionality. These insights are valuable to our design team for future innovations. While the alarm is an important energy-saving and safety feature we can’t disable, we hope the maximum setting is helping to accommodate your routine. Should you ever have questions or need assistance maximizing your refrigerator’s features, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your detailed feedback! We are thrilled that you’re 'in love' with the spaciousness and clean look of your new fridge. I also appreciate you sharing your experience as a returning LG owner. I am sorry to hear that the door alignment is irritating you; when you have such a beautiful appliance, you want every detail to be perfect. Regarding your concerns, I’d like to offer some helpful solutions: Door Alignment: Most of our models include an adjustment nut at the bottom of the doors specifically to fix height and depth alignment. You can find a step-by-step guide on How to Align LG Refrigerator Doors to get that perfectly flush look. Drawer Access: Because of the wide design of the vegetable drawers, both doors often need to be open to provide enough clearance for the drawer to extend fully without hitting the door gaskets. Ice Size: While the cube size is standard for our integrated systems, some models allow you to adjust the crushed vs. cubed settings for a slightly different experience. We are so glad you are happy with the purchase after two weeks, and we are committed to ensuring this unit provides the long-term quality you expect! If there is anything further we can do to assist you with your unit, please don't hesitate to contact us at LG Support 1-888-542-2623.

We’re very happy to hear that your refrigerator has been performing well and meeting your expectations overall. Feedback like yours is always valued, as it helps us continue to improve both product performance and service experience. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest review about the LG LRYXC2606S! While we're so glad you're loving the spacious capacity and design, we are truly sorry that the smudge-resistant finish hasn't lived up to your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it is to feel like you're constantly wiping it down, especially in a two-adult household. We take your experience to heart and have already shared your feedback with our team to take a closer look at our product descriptions and specs. To help make maintenance a little easier day-to-day, we recommend gently wiping the surface with a microfiber cloth and a bit of warm water. If you would like any further assistance or have questions, please feel free to reach out to our LG support team at https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/ and reference your reference number CNN260924742421.
