I purchased 2 bags of Turf Builder for a mid-summer application on my personal residence lawn as well as the lawn at my place of work. A lack of rain of late had caused the grass to start looking brown and straggly. The weather forecast, however, showed an extended period of wet weather ahead, so I waited until the lawns had a couple days of some showers and then put the fertilizer down. A few more days of rain and both lawns look awesome. Both have a deep green color and are significantly more lush than they were before. This was able to be noticed in a matter of days. Certainly credit can be given to the rain, but the Turf Builder clearly made vast improvements to the overall appearance of both lawns. Love Scotts. Quick and easy.

I had a dog that dug up the yard. I didn’t mind because I would purchase Scott’s turf builder and fill the holes. Three weeks ago my dog died from -what the vet said- mushroom poisoning. We never had mushrooms. But before the poisoning we never did. After a heard rain last night, I thought to go in the yard and look to see if we had mushrooms. I found 3! When I looked them up on The Internet Pet MD it showed this mushroom as poisonous to dogs. You really need to review your product. We lost a loved family member.

My lawn has become a spectacular showcase since using Scotts lawn products. My lawn has become the envy of the neighborhood. My neighbors ask me what is the secret in getting my lawn to look like yours. I tell them there is no secret, just use Scotts lawn products and in no time your lawn will becom a showcase just like mine. Currently I am using Scotts lawn fertilizer with 2% iron.

After 10 weeks of growing 400 sq ft of Sun & Shade Mix, I had a full, vibrant green lawn. Required 4 waterings a day, but since I'm working from home, I considered it a once in a lifetime opportunity to throw careful attention to the project. Added this product according to the instructions on 6/4/21. Today, 6/9/21, I am looking at 60% - 70% burned out. All those man hours, toasted. Probably going to require a re-plant in early September. Is it just me, or did the marketing team get a little overzealous and make this product look like it has no downside. I was not even aware that there was any risk in using this stuff. I'm not landscaper, and I don't have decades of experience to rely on, so maybe I applied with a liberal hand. But if you sell this stuff in every big-box store in America, you should take time to let people know this can seriously damage people's property. You fooled me.

I have used the Scott's program using 5 feedings annually since we built our house in 2005. You can definitely recognize our house by our lawn. Virtually weed free and emerald green. The Turf Builder line is the finest I have ever used. Thanks Scotts for making our home stand out.

I had used and loved the Scotts weed and feed on my primary homes yard so when my rental house yard looked a bit anemic, I put Scotts turf builder on it. It almost instantly looked greener but after a couple of rains it started to fill in and now I have a beautiful thick green yard. Great product.

I have used this product now for over ten years and find it to be the best lawn food, and always seems to give my lawn the deep green pop I love. I think my lawn is the best in the neighborhood, and I can't think of anything else I would use to make my grass look lush anf thick. The results are almost seen within two weeks, and I couldn't be happier.

I had been following the lawn care program recommended by a well known local radio show host. While the results were good, it proved to be quite expensive and the product was not sold in many stores. Scott’s is carried at most big box stores so I decided to give it a try. This spring we have used the crabgrass preventer (which we were a bit late in applying) and the weed and feed. There is a little bit of crabgrass coming up (which I attribute to the late application) soni pull it by hand, however, it is not the problem it has been in years past. As far as the dandelions, wild violets and clover, which were our biggest weed problem, they are almost eradicated from our lawn. Considering the heavy, record setting amount of rainfall we have had this spring, I could not be happier with the results and the price. Thank you Scott’s, you’ve gained a loyal customer.

We planted a new lawn 4 years ago and have used Scott's Turf Builder on it on a regular basis. The grass is the most beautiful green in the neighborhood. Just today we noticed a dandelion growing in the grass under a shrub. It was puny and weak because the grass is so thick. We absolutely love this stuff.
