I've owned the 5S bike for just over a year, and decided to add the rower this Christmas. It has made the perfect addition to my home fitness experience. Not only do I get to have a full-body workout, I have the chance to take classes by even more of Echelon's world-class instructors.

It is exactly one month since I have received my Echelon Rower. I LOVE it! It arrived in just over one week, extremely well packaged. It is very sturdy and well made - it is very heavy, yet the way it was packaged and with clear instructions in proper English and well labeled parts I was able to quickly assemble it by myself in about half hour. It folds easily, reducing the overall foot print and while folded, is relatively easy to maneuver thanks to smooth wheels on one end. As for the exercise itself, it is WHISPER quiet while in operation, the ergonomics flawless, and the motion smooth and secure. I really appreciate and enjoy the feature that allows to change the resistance from the handle bars - something I have not encountered in other rowers I considered. It's a great feature that doesn't force the user to perform awkward bends forward to fiddle with buttons on the front console. The rower is a wonderful piece of equipment that in one month has become a new healthy habit and an exercise I can actually look forward to. As far as the app subscription: there is a ton of classes to choose from, live, on demand and scenic. The instructors are great and I highly recommend watching the proper form and intro class. In the beginning I had a few minor issues with the app, however these were solved promptly by helpful, individual help via phone and email by the support personnel. I am supplementing the rower classes with the strength and toning classes. I do believe that the app has some room for improvement: I would like to see better music quality and I would like to see better class description, especially if the class will require getting off the rower to do dumbells or stretches - but I believe that at this moment the company is experiencing some growing pains while we are in a grip of a pandemic!as such I am confident that these minor wrinkles will be ironed out. Meanwhile I am really enjoying the rower and very grateful for the instructors who continue to be there fir us.

Both my husband and I love our rower. We got great work outs. My daughter has her first day of distance learning as a 7th grader athlete ( thanks pandemic). She did her first strength workout for school credit and was excited to get her email after her work out. The whole family enjoys the rower. It was easy to assembly, easy to move and even easier to use. Thank you for a reasonably priced quality product.

I belonged to a gym that had 12 rowers and we had classes with a tv screen that had our live stats posted. It was so much fun to row against others. After the pandemic hit and gyms closed I was lost. I looked into rowers and was impressed by your rower and classes. I nervously started live classes and am now addicted! My Echelon rower is keeping me sane and fit! The machine was easy to assemble. Setting up the app was easy too, plus there was live chat to help with questions. I would recommend Echelon rower to anyone.

I bought the rower in June to use as a supplement to my echelon bike. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about using my iPad for the screen but it works great! I love the rower. It is sturdy and quiet. I think having the tension button on the handle is genius! I would hate not being able to change the tension at will. It makes the classes so much fun ! The teacher can instruct us to raise and lower the tension during class. Best of all, both of my echelon machines work with my one subscription. My son and I can ea be on a machine, using our family online subscription. We love the rower, but please also get the bike! You'll be set! Thank you echelon for quality products we use 5-6 times a week.

I absolutely LOVE my Echelon rower! This is the first piece of workout equipment that I've actually used for longer than a week. The rower is not another clothes hanger in my house. There are frequently new classes available which ensures a variety of workouts - I never get stuck in a rut. The instructors are encouraging and I feel both motivated and strong. Flow with the row!

The Rower has been well worth the money. I have lost over 25 lbs since it was delivered in June. It has been used alot by my wife and I and I have been noticing that the seat does not slide as smoothly on the rail as it had. It seems to be durable piece of equipment and the classes and instructors are great..

It shipped without hardware. Instead of overnight the few bolts it took a week to ship. I was upgraded to the S rower which includes a screen ensuring that you will pay the membership fee. Alas, got my bolts, assembled the rower and the display won’t update - it is nine versions behind. Not sure how long it will take them to send a new one. ????

I love this machine. I think that it's wonderfully built, easy to use and is an amazing work out. The only issue I have is that when rowing at higher levels sometimes it picks up the front of the rower. So a little bit more weight up front would be awesome. Otherwise. Great machine.

The product itself is great so far! My only suggestions would be that the instructions for assembly aren't great and you should really include a map for how it's packaged. Took a lot of work to find all the pieces because it's so tightly packaged. There also should be some better start up guide instructions (how to set up the app, etc). I felt like I was really on my own getting everything set up. Also, the app is a little clunky, I hope you'll make improvements in the future!
