So far so good. Loving the new rower. You do have to pay for a membership to use the screen. We picked the $10 a month option. We don’t need live classes. So far we have just watched shows while rowing. You have option to log into a few streaming apps. The machine is very smooth and well made. I don’t have a lot of experience with rowing and I really enjoy it. Happy I decided to purchase.

The rower was easy to set up, the instructions were spot on. It is easy to store as well. The rower has worked for months without any problems. It was easy to set up accounts for me, my spouse and teenager. I was worried that it would be bland just rowing

I love the machine. I will break this review into two parts- physical machine and instruction. The machine looks great, operates very quietly, and gives a great workout no matter your level. The instruction available is top notch. There is EVERYTHING for all levels of activity and experience. It is very engaging and keeps you wanting to come back. The library of on demand classes allows you to take classes at your leisure and time.

The Bluetooth resistance knob on the handlebars is pure innovation. Changing intensity mid-stroke feels seamless and natural. It's a small detail that fundamentally improves the workout flow, especially during HIIT sessions.

Setup was straightforward. The screen was pre-attached, and the main frame assembly was intuitive. I was rowing within 30 minutes of unboxing, which is a rarity for larger fitness equipment.

I love that the content ecosystem includes off-the-rower workouts like strength and yoga. The machine becomes a true fitness hub. The versatility makes the subscription feel incredibly valuable.

all in all we are very happy with our rower! I provided four on the belief that the software and firmware bugs we have experienced will be worked out in the future. The equipment is very well made and suits both my wife and I very well, she is 5'2" and I am 6'3" so finding equipment that we can both use has been a challenge.

It's a great machine, very quiet! Don't bother getting the soundbar, it can't be mounted because the rowing cable will rub against the soundbar when you lower the screen. I wish it was compatible with my garmin watch. The classes are pretty good so far.

requires an account to use and monthly subscription for said access.... once the machine was set up and fully updated we met with a log in screen that did not allow us to use the machine we paid for a subscription... the machine we already paid for. everything having a subscription will be the down fall of society

Bluetooth would not connect my tower with the app or allow me to set up my machine. I was on the phone with tech support and they tried everything to no avail. They ordered a Bluetooth connector “motherboard” and the Bluetooth piece on the handlebar but only received the motherboard…apparently the other necessary piece is on back order! I asked if the reason it’s on back order is because this is a known issue and he said yes! He said it should be back in stock by the end of the month and they will ship it as soon as they get it…if I don’t have it working by February 1st I will be finding out how to return it!! Disappointing! Seems like a good machine and I like the big screen but if it won’t connect it’s useless!! If I had known I would have chosen a different tower with good reviews!!
