The rower is very nice and quiet. The equipment itself is very good. There are few areas for improvement in the supporting materials. The setup instructions show connection to the rower differently than it actually works. This lead to confusion for a few minutes. Also, on a lot of the digital material, there are references to rides/bikes instead of rowing. It doesn't effect operation but does make the rower seem like a little bit of an after thought as compared to the bike.

We LOVE our Echelon Row!!!! The instructors are all top notch coaches who make even the longest rows feel short and hardest rows manageable. Each time I'm on the Rower, I learn something new and feel like I continuously receive great cues to improve upon my stroke. Added bonus - the machine is really quiet and doesn't bother my dogs when I'm rowing hard!!!

The machine itself is very nice and works well. The software on it tends to gang up and not want to start up. Some days it’s fine some days it takes me an hour to get it to connect. Have no idea why it does this. Overall am pleased with it but a little frustrated.

The construction and feel of this rower is top notch. You can tell it's a heavy duty, gym grade rowing machine. In fact, it might be built better than some of the rowers I've seen at some of my local gyms. It does fold up easily, and wasn't difficult to assemble. The resistance works great, and I am completely drenched in sweat after each workout. It is also whisper quiet if you do not count the sounds coming out of me while I'm doing a workout. There are a few things that could be improved. I feel like the ac adapter is very cheap. It seems like something that would go with a childs toy instead of a professional rower. I'd rather this have a power supply built in and just come with a long 3 prong cord. I also wish that this was designed with a built in screen. I'm using the ipad air and it just seems too small. There are some photos out there of a prototype that did have a built in screen. I'm sure this was scrapped for cost reasons, but the ipad is pretty small when you are rowing in and out. The last thing is the app. It's okay. It doesn't feel of the caliber that the rower is. You can add equipment, but you can't remove. That's one of the most annoying parts. So I have 2 rowers and a bike and I can't remove the two I don't need. I did hear that they are working on fixing that. All in in, I give this 4/5 for value, quality, and overall experience.

The rower is really good. It's quality construction and smooth operation. It's a great workout. The online classes are good but I can't play them with consistency. They stop a few minutes into the workout and never restart. I have no problem playing other content and streaming video so it's something with the echelon app and content. Gets frustrating when you are paying so much for the app every month and it's crummy. You also find that all the rowing videos are tagged as cycle.

The product is sturdy, and I was able to put it together myself. The weight was a problem because I live on the second floor. If I did not lug it up the steps my only other option would have been to leave it out in the rain. It wasn't hard to put together. Overall the product is good. My main problems have been with connection issues (switching between using the bike and row with the app and it connecting to the one after the other. What is worse is the resistance buttons dont always work! I can push and push and push and it doenst move. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It probably 50/50 on working and not. It is very frustrating when you are in the middle of a work out and are stuck on one resistance!! It is, in my opinion the biggest flaw, second would be the connection issue.

I absolutely LOVE my Echelon rower! This is the first piece of workout equipment that I've actually used for longer than a week. The rower is not another clothes hanger in my house. There are frequently new classes available which ensures a variety of workouts - I never get stuck in a rut. The instructors are encouraging and I feel both motivated and strong. Flow with the row!

Couple weeks into the rower and really enjoying it. Hand some connection issues early but updates to the app and rower solved the issues. Can't wait for a bigger class list on demand but that will come with time. Smooth operation, comfy seat, quiet, easy setup. Would recommend to anyone looking for a at home rower.

I love my rower!!!!! I am on it daily and get this tremendous row in every morning. I do this whether I am in a class or doing a free row following along one the many rivers that are "On Demand". I look forward to seeing Echelon add more rivers/lakes to row on!

I love that this rower doesn't take up a ton of space in my apartment. It's also really easy to put together and use. The Bluetooth resistance controller is a nice touch, and the seat is super comfortable. I've been using the Echelon Row-S for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with it.
