Long time user and I always find it easy to use and great support when needed. This year the billing has me confused between online use and desktop. I completed my return and electronically filed it not knowing what turbo tax charge would be. I am also disappointed on not being able to upload my Its' deductible file that I saved when in formed the application was being cancelled.

I have used TT for many years w/o problems. This year I considered the online version, but I had some questions. I could not find any way to get answers to my questions except to sign up for tax advice which is not what I needed. I had questions about the online program/process itself. So I went with my normal download program. Entering my tax info was very good as it always has been. Federal efile was fine. State efile was a disaster. The state refused it for supposed driver's license errors four times. No matter what I tried it would not work. The problem was compounded by Turbo Tax. On going through the refile process, there was no way to use a different verification option which would have probably worked. The original process has a choice of options, but once I elected to use the DL option, I was never given an opportunity to try one of the others. I ended up filing by mail because the DL issue was not resolvable for whatever reason. I will be having second thoughts about next year.

I did multiple returns and for every return the software continued to waste time by asking if you wanted to move to their full-service product. It was very frustrating and annoying to continually have to answer that same question every time. They need to have an opt out ability.

I've used TurboTax for more than 10 years. It is user-friendly even if you don't know much about taxes. It asks questions you didn't even know should be asked and, if you don't have answers, has a very large, knowledgeable user group that loves to answer your questions. The IRS has never questioned my returns and I have never been audited. What more could a self-filer ask?

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least ten years and have been able to do my own taxes accurately even though I consider myself a computer dinosaur. I used to do my taxes on paper but there have been too many tax law changes and personal changes to continue doing them that way. Sometimes I may have a little difficulty understanding the computer, but it is well worth the cost to use Turbo Tax. Keep up the great work.

This is the first time in several years that I needed to use the Premier version of the software. I got confused when I first opened the software as I thought I needed to proceed with an online filing. Realized after I had entered a lot of personal data that I should have chosen the desk top version. I started a desk top return and completed successfully however my online return is still sitting there and it should be deleted.

The payment page is extremely bad. After filling out "Billing Address", the "continue" button was not visible no matter what you do and again it is not visible in the page of "review." This program was reported in 2019 based on google search, but you haven't fixed it yet after 7yrs. it is amazingly unbelieveable.

All of the pre-set questions and guidance in the TurboTax program really helped guide me through the entire process. I've used TT for many years now and I've learned to navigate the process pretty well. There were two or three points where I had to stop and read the directions and requirements for certain areas again to refresh my memory of my proper filing information. But these notes and details helped me resolve my issues without having to reach out for additional assistance. That's why I like TT so much. It guides me through the process and helps me enter the right information. Several years ago I was concerned I was missing information because my numbers seemed off. So I took my files to an accountant who charged me $275 to review and confirm my information!! My returns were basically correct, with the exception of one are I had entered incorrectly. This proved to me that TT was right on target and I've never looked back and I've been doing my own taxes with full confidence ever since. The program features are easily compatible with my system, although I did have to upgrade to Windows 11, but no further support was needed. I started on the Internet version this year, but transitioned to the desktop interface, simply because this was the format I was accustomed to.

I have used TurboTax for many years. I had a break for tax years 2021-2022, then resumed with 2023. It has always been seamless and easy. This year it was a bear. While filing my taxes, yesterday, there was a screen asking for my state name that had no exit. When I finally go out of there (eventually a cancel button appeared), I could not find the tax forms I was trying to file. After an hour of frantic searching, worried that I would have do my taxes all over again, I stumbled on them. I prepared my 2025 taxes on my Mac desktop. When I go onto TT online, it says I didn't file my 2023 or 2024 taxes. So there's no linkage with prior years, which is one of the big reasons I use TurboTax. I tried getting the desktop return moved online, but TT starts my return all over again. Meanwhile, my billing history confirms that I bought TT in 2024, 2024 and 2025. I wlll be calling tech support soon to try and get all this straightened out when I feel like I want spend the time doing that. Ugh. Thinking I had more than one account, I changed the log-in several times. Even when I eventually find the 2023, 2024, and 2025 tax forms in my Mac, I'm unable to import them to the online TT. It starts my taxes at the beginning. I don't why it's so difficult to find my tax forms on the Mac. Usually, everything is easy to find. I'm still unhappy that.you discontinued ItsDeductible last year with no equivalent app available anywhere at that time. Now there's something with a similar name, but I didn't use it, as I did all my in-kind donations before you pulled it. I LOVE that I can import all the financial data from my 1099-Rs directly from the financial institution.

This year was a mess as opposed to last year. This year forms from my financial institutions weren't uploaded correctly, and some questions were not correct (eligibility for the Trump account was incorrectly stated). As a result, it took me around 4.5 hours to complete it.
