So VERY glad you FINALLY merged the completion of the Federal and the State returns together. This time I didn't have to go back through all my documents and papers to answer the SAME questions in the State return that I'd already answered in the Federal return. I've been literally yelling at my computer for DECADES to do this. And, you finally listened. So VERY Happy!!

Used Turbo Tax for decades. If you really want my feedback, you wouldn't be so dogmatic in telling me what my feedback 'count' is and must be! You're lucky I didn't just hit 'delete' !!!!!!!!

My wife died during the tax year. I told Turbo tax she died. I submitted my return electronically. Then the IRS told me a couldn't submit electronically if a spouse dies. Should be an easy catch for your software.

Always been happy with this product. Had some technical issues on my end this year that made things a bit more challenging but I was able to work through them. Will be using again next year.

i USED THE online version and after working with a TurboTax employee, the file disappeared and i was forced to pay for the desktop version , I spent 2 1/2 hours last night with a wonderful person, and in the morning the file was there....but now I am trying to file the return and it is not working. I have always used turbo tax, but this experience is terrible

I completed my 1040-SR quite easily and without any problems. The question and answer sessions were very helpful with directing my efforts and I like working with their list of topics. I was able to use all the features of the program while also employing screen enlargement accessibility features on my MacOS laptop.

I like how the product shows the previous year entry if you use it both years. I do not like the constant advertising and upselling. I do not like how the product charges extra to file the state electronically, eventhough you bought a Federal + State Download product. It is misleading. This year, there were a few places that the product got wrong and I had to enter the form view to make corrections.

This year's product is horrible. "Needs review" sends you into an endless loop of unnecessary downloads. The constant interruptions to buy upgrades are really annoying and distracting. This product is NOT easy to use and NOT user friendly. Come on, Intuit, you can do better (because you have in the past).

I wanted to use the online version for the first time this year (free filing of State return). I didn't because it doesn't include the "forms" method of entry. If you have just a little knowledge of taxes, entering exactly what arrives on each form is a piece of cake. No worthless wandering through a zillion questions unrelated to your own circumstances. It was well worth my $20 to do my return on my desktop and use "forms."

We use the Premier for residential rentals and the depreciation was held up. We signed up for updates to advise when it was ready. We did not get an updates until I went into the community to see if that was helpful. I took some time but I thought the comments meant it was ready and it was.
