Turbo tax has made Filling mutual funds and stocks the ordinary dividends or distributions much harder than it was in the past It's not very clear it doesn't give you a lot of feedback on how you should access this Several years ago it was very clear and understandable when you put in a company's name and it downloaded not so much now Sometimes those new improvements aren't very good this is a good example

We have used TurboTax (desktop version) for many years and we like it very much. However, this year, we could not find a way of editing individual forms in the end. Sometimes we discover little mistakes and we prefer editing instead of going through the procedure again. We e-filed for the first time this year and it worked very well.

I have been using TurboTax for years. I am confident that my returns are correct. My returns include W2, 1099R, Social Security, Interest Income, Rental Income, and Royalty income. It is very easy to use for income and deductions. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone and save the cost of going to a CPA.

I feel Turbotax Premier covers all the issues well and calculates accurately, as far as I know. I have not experienced a problem or audit due to erroneous calculations on their part, only on my part. I feel confident that i have prepared an excellent return using Turbotax Premier.

I think there are several bugs for rental property owners. The aggregation did not group properly and I am not confident I received the proper QBI benefit. The software also did not properly handle Form 4852. Very frustrating this year. As usual there is no support unless it is paid, not even to report bugs.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. I love it! I started using it when my tax accountant would meet with me and ask me questions and I noticed that he was preparing my taxes with tax software. There was no reason I couldn't do that and save myself money.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and every single year you have problems importing my investment info from Edward Jones. This year again, there were over 25 errors that I had to manually correct. When I look at my printed Consolidated 1099's from Edward Jones all of the answers are in there.

no extension available in desktop, online is way to cumbersome. It took me over an hour to find the location in the software, then tried to sell me turbotax...... if I had not been using for years would change to another software package. considering starting over next year with something else
