Dissapointed I must file by mail because a simple additional form is needed. Why cannot the inclusion of additional documents be handled ? Professional versions appear to handle thi issue.

I entered an incorrect IP Pin and wanted to change it. I asked "help" how to do that and didn't get a good answer. The other times I asked help for something, it also wasn't helpful.

Doing one's taxes is stressful enough, but TurboTax makes the job as straight forward as it can be. What else can I say, but that I've used Turbo Tax for way over 20 years and am very happy with its features, and ease of use.

TurboTax gets my form 7203 VERY WRONG and does not have any way for me (the taxpayer) to fix the serious errors that they injected into the figures on my form 7203.

I live in the state of Washington. Turbo Tax insisted that I file state income taxes when the state of Washington does not have state income taxes. This filing should not have been part of the Turbo Tax software for me.

Once again Turbo Tax got me through the tough job of wrestling with taxes. The only problem I seem to ever have is with foreign tax credits and even that was easier this year.

I've been using TT for 20 years or so. Although the entry process has changed a bit, I still find it relatively easy to use. I must admit, I do have an accounting background.

Entering the k-1 inputs needs enhancement needs improvement. I enter all the info as asked and yet turbo tax returns errors in the forms and trying to reconciles those errors proves is cumbersome and time consuming.

I have had several problems this year. The biggest issues is my grandson who got married and is filing as Married Filing Separately. TurboTax does NOT make it easy to transfer income and tax withholdings between the person you are doing the taxes for and the spouse. The community property split is not written well and hard to understand. I found on the help community a way to put the spouses w2 in and play around with the amounts to achieve the result that was legally required. The interface in forms mode had issues too. It populated the spouses residency data from the primary taxpayer. There was no way to fix this manually. The spouse was a full year non-resident but Turbo Tax kept copying the primary taxpayer data to the spouse with no way to stop it. I tried to uncheck a box that said copy primary taxpayer data but it would not uncheck. Really a pain.
