I love this software. I have been using it for years. It is so intuitive and easy to use. Thank you for providing such a great product to make a complicated task more simple.

1, When finished with a topic, it jumps back to the beginning rather than stay where you last left off. 2. Graphics & wit showing its age. 3. Some self-guides show as 'not yet available" yet forms are available.

I had so much difficulty to installing the product this year, importing info from last year into this year. I have used Turbo tax for decades this year was very difficult.

Very difficult this year. Big problems with turbo tax license. The license increased by one when I executed the program. It happened with the 2024 and the 2025 versions. One the phone for 3 hours to solve problem.

I'm a retired CPA who worked on audits, not tax. I've trusted TurboTax for 20 years and always feel confident I'm getting the best results no matter the situation.

Although I filed using the standard deduction, I found the charitable deductions I entered did not flow up to the page listing deductions. The system indicated it was a open item on the deduction page. I am not sure why??

The product is easy to use. I like having the option to work through the software in a step by step way or choosing my own topics to review. The print and preview document process is also easy to use and has all the documents I need for a review.

Have been using Turbo for many years. Very confident in the complete and accurate software per IRS code. The flow of the software is intuitive and the built-in help is, well, helpful!

I WAS SHOCK TO HAVE MY FILING REJECTED DUE TO THE ERROR ON THE HOME ENERGY. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM ON FILING BUT SOMETHING THAT WAS CONTROLED BY TURBOTAX

Used to be very easy to use. No longer. Unintuitive. Very difficult to maneuver to find what one is looking for. I am not a software engineer, and don't want to become one. Should be written for the self user.
