Mid March and still bugs from previous years! Shame on you. Keep doing this and you are driving people to look for alternative. User interface has no improvement in last decade.

It seems to me that the TurboTax this year is not user friendly as the past years. Many instructions are not clear. You have to guess what the software wants

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Find it easy to navigate with clear instructions. A VERY helpful and worthwhile tool that has saving us many hundreds of dollars in tax prep fees over the years.

This was the first year I could not use the 'Import' feature to populate the 1099 forms. I saw after the fact they were downloaded but it did not populate or give any instruction. W2 worked fine from ADP.

It would help if you auto filled simple things, like when zip code is put in it fills in city and state. Why do we have to put in bank account info multiple times? It should pull it over; you ask if we would like to store our credit card info.

When entering information from w-2's or 1099's, if I choose to enter the information myself stop asking if I want to have Turbo Tax automatically get the information from the source after I answer I want to enter my own information three times.

your 2025 software is TERRIBLE. CAN;T UPLOAD MY ACCOUNTS. IT KEEPS ASKING FOR AN ANSWER THAT ISN'T REQUIRED ON PART 3, THEREBY MAKING MY RETURN INCOMPLETE AND i CAN'T eFILE

Features not available in a timely manner delaying completion of tax returns, could not print state returns when trying to review & file, added complexity- extra steps not required in prior years to load brokerage account data

A lot of bugs and issues this year with the software. I've been using TurboTax for about three decades and this is the first time I've thought about using anything else. A little more quality control next year would be very helpful.

Please, please do a refresh at least of the opening screens, and some reworking of your dialogue boxes to improve clarity. Even this survey feels balky and dated.
