I always gave TT 5 Stars but this tax year (2025), they got too cutesy. I had to re-read many sections to understand what information was required. I liked the previous editions. Will still use TT.

I cannot cancel an amend for my federal 2025 taxes. I did a sample amend a return to help out someone thinking I could just not save the file. Desktop Turbotax autosaved the file and I can't get rid of the amend.

Tired of having to activate product multiple times on the same computer. I am afraid that one time I will hit my activation limit at the point I am trying to file and will end up filing late. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.

TurboTax gets the job done ok, but the interface is somewhat cryptic compared to the tax filing forms, and the whole thin ispretty expensive. Especially for filing state taxes. I really don't recommend.

I am new to Turbo Tax and found it to be difficult to get the program to recognize a long-term capital loss! I finally found the actual forms and put the loss in manually!

drives me crazy every year. constant upselling. constant continue pages. constant going to new page asking for things i was not expecting to be asked and had to do a lot of puzzling to guess what to enter. I hate this product!

Need to address the issues with Quarterly Federal Estimated Taxes. So, if a person Pays Federal Quarterly Taxes the program should ask Did you do States Quarterly and or Local?

I have used Turbo Tax for about 30 years. this year the upgrades took too long after 45 minutes I just cancelled them and completed Turbo Tax without them.

Easy but some areas were not user friendly. difficult if your bank is not linked to Turbo Tax. There is no easy explanation on what to do. Takes too much trial and error.

The verification checks before filing seem to have missed a missing Payer's Federal ID Number. Otherwise, beyond everything seeming more complicated now, as opposed to the past, it went well.
