Person on the Return, I keep getting error message for my DEPENDENT and I don't know how to fix. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 14 years and NEVER have I been so frustrated !!!!

Download sucks...bring back the CD! never got the state download to work. two hours on phone and finally support staff just sent me a link for the Vermont State program. You really need to get it together. Also bring back ITS Deductible

For years I have used Turbo downloads because I want to do my own taxes. It helps me to know what's what because Turbo has such good explanations. This year I learned how to see the wksht that was generated from the info just entered.

Program dropped once. Luckily I had saved at one point, so only had to redo part of it. That had never happened to me before. Otherwise pretty straight forward

TT generally made filing easy. The Member Audit Defense page was a bit awkward to use as the bottom right was off the screen. Getting Acrobat Reader for free was a plus.

during review It checks boxes that I did not check, for example "deposing of assets in form K-1" I had to go back and find it and uncheck it. When you go back and forth, it loses its space.

I live overseas but have a rental property in CA. I went to pay my $20 state filing fee but the program would not accept my out of the country address and wouldn't let me file

Importing documents performs poorly. I had to verify everything and manually enter information that should have been imported. Last year it missed something and the IRS caught it, increasing my return by nearly $3000.

interface between federal and state has serious breakdowns, data that had been entered in ferderal forms had to be reentered for state. Was not necessary last year.
