I would like the ability to mail my Federal tax return and then e-file my state tax return. Also, going back and forth to get information that is not clear or does not have options is confusing.

You people have GOT to talk to E*Trade about their FLAWED 1099's that TurboTax can't handle correctly on Option trades ( Covered Calls, Naked Puts ) This is the THIRD YEAR now this problem has existed!

New York State personal income taxes: amounts due, applying refunds, estimates, and deposit or payment options are INFLEXIBLE, DIFFICULT TO LOCATE, and DO NOT CONFORM WITH NEW YORK STATE INSTRUCTIONS. Please please do better next year!

pls make it easy - (and prompted?) - to view the tax return to be filed (as it would appear completed to whatever point in the process) as it would appear if filed by mail in printed form.

Another year, another successful transfer of data from last year, imported my financial data from broker, signed up for audit protection, pushed the button to submit electronically, IT WENT THROUGH successfully!

The pop up boxes are too small. The software looks old. It's constantly selling services. It finds ways to charge extra fees. It's like you're not trying very hard. Even this AI comment box doesn't work all that well.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and this year was not quite as easy. I automatically import my forms from Vanguard and Schwab but this year Turbo Tax kept importing duplicate copies. It was a pain to delete the extra copies.

TurboTax is a great tool and easing the paint of filing Fed & State income tax. I would use it again next year hope to get some discount for repeated customer. -KhaiT

I found it very difficult to enter a worthless stock transaction for which no 1099-B was received. I excercised ISOs for a private company that went bankrupt. There seems to be no way to enter this information into TurboTax.
