Had problems with downloading my investments from my Vanguard and my bank. It took some time to figure it out. Turbo tax is not as user friendly as I would hope it would be and I was a former accountant.

I've been using the Desktop version for years and years. I find the software accurate, and whenever I call TT with a question, I find the Associate very knowledegable.

I FEEL AT EASE USING TURBO TAX. I HAVE BEEN USING TT FOR MANY YEARS AND I AM LEARNING MORE ABOUT OUR TAX RULES EACH YEAR. NOTE: I WOULD LIKE TURBO TAX TO DO IS: CARRY OVER: EDUCATION LIFELINE AND HOPE CREDTIS USED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS

The product had difficulty managing my 1099B sold assets for which basis was not reported to the IRS with unknown determination if short-term or long-term assets. Ultimately had to enter the data manually.

Need to provide more clear reporting for RMD paid from one account with 1099 R and when you do not have 1099R from investment firm as no Withdrawal taken for RMD or any other reason

Transfer of State information can be difficult to determine. Have to review state income requirements outside of Turbo Tax before applying correct options in some cases

the download of my broker 1099 was confusing. I dont think it ever really got the detail of my brokerage transactions and I wonder if it is accurately disclosed them on my return.

Have been using this product for 30+ years. No problems with accuracy and interface. Seems annoying at times and there should be a fster way to do your taxes.

Turbo Tax Premimum is an overkill and complicated for me with a married joint filing income of $50000. There must be some simpler way to handle cases where one gets ACA subsidy.

Room for improvement. Specifically, sections for a Deceased Taxpayer. Questions should be more direct. I had to ask Google, "Do they mean the Deceased, or do they mean the Person Claiming the Refund?'
