Generally a good program. Problems encountered - not able to handle both ABP and accrued interest on bonds. Also not able to handle multiple IRA accounts with US interest for Oregon, but I was able to enter my own total.

It is to buggy. Wouldn't allow me to e-file the federal form. Probably because I couldn't e-file my MA form. I was stuck in an endless loop trying to e-file.

1. I have hard time to make the payment. The credit card payment pop-up is very bad designed. 2. There is no summary for fed and state tax. 3. There are a lot of weird questions, not clear.

Easy to install, easy to use, and easy to file. The only problem I had was entering a credit card expiration date - could not select the correct month. Had to use a different credit card with month less than "9"

I have been using turbo tax for years and this year I was expecting it to be more complicated with all of the recent changes. It was as simple as it has always been.

Was not aware of online advice or the $40 service fee charged after the fact. No specification of Medicare Part B to be included in medical insurance paid for Wisconsin.

I can count on TT to be similar to last year. My taxes are a step above simple, but not onerous. I live in tax free state but require premier version. Wish I could buy premier without the state version.

For some reason, TurboTax allowed duplicate additions of the same information which would have resulted in me paying more in taxes than I should have. I reviewed the final documents, identified the problems and went on my merry way.

Too many hidden fee. I purchase turbo tax premier and I should get I free state. When i open the new state you charge m fee and after i am done you charge me same fee i dont get why.

TurboTax is good unless you have a question. Getting the correct answer is extremely difficult, not clear and, in some cases, outdated. I upgraded to Premier based on the advice when in fact I didn't need to.
