Help function didn't work. No where to enter information. Also, no where could I find how to apply my federal refund to my estimated taxes. Had to go back and print out the ES forms. Not very user friendly.

Absolutely horrible experience using this program this year. It wasn't nearly as hard in the past. Probably due to A.I. garbage. Not sure I will use TurboTax again.

Since I use standard to file my tax, I expect me to guild me step by step all the way. I don't like the part where I have some error to fix, it does not have that much information to help me what should I enter.

One of the main reasons I use Turbo Tax and have for many years is I have been able to upload my cointracker data to turbo tax which you have partnered with but now when its time to file you no longer work with them. Big mistake, work it out.

I've used Turbo Tax as well as Taxslayer for a number of years. My preference is Turbo Tax. It makes it easier to enter information and takes the burden off of taxpayers, who would otherwise do it manually.

Numerous changes to the program threw me off early, was able to figure it out as time went on. My biggest complaint was no "It's Deductible". It took much longer to compute my non cash donations.

I like using TurboTax overall. It is generally intuitive and efficient. I prefer to use desktop. I would like to see an "audit trail" for every number in form 1040, such as the composition of total interest income.

The product was very difficult to purchase from your website. I had call and speak to a person to get the transaction completed. But after the initial challenge of acquiring the product, it worked well as it always has for me in many prior years.

I don't like the oversell of Turbo Tax ONLINE. Just give the option once and be done with it. I like the download and just keep it on my PC not in the CLOUD!!!
